현관등이 썬서등이나 밤중에 화장실 가면 불이 켜지고 현관에서 방으로 들어갈때 문이 없어서 불편합니다

대부분 온천을 위해 숙소 예약할것으로 예상함.
다만 이용시 불편함이 있어 간단히 정리함.
1. 남자 사우나에서 습식.건식 사우나 수리로 인해 이용 불가
-＞ 사전 안내 없었으며, 이로 인해 만족도 크게 떨어짐
2. 예약확인 전화 통화시 문의한 사우나 이용 금액의 차이
-＞ 전화통화시 이용료 9,000원이라고 안내 받았으나, 실제 프론트에서 결제시 인당 13,000원
금액 상이한 부분에 대해 설명이 없었음
사우나 이용하는데 건식,습식 사우나 고장이면,, 프론트에서 결제 전이라도 안내를 해주던지, 또는 할인된 금액을 제시했어야 함
이로 인해 이용객들 문제제기 하는 사례 현장에서 여럿봄
그 외에는 만족함

최신식의 예쁜 구조의 룸은 아니고 오래된 건물이지만 리모될링되어 깔끔하고 비렉스 안마의자 구비되어 있고 일반 사우나도 있지만 개별 룸 욕조에서 온천수를 즐길수 있어 편리했어요
