What an experiance! To be able to stay in a majestical property like this is sensational. The history of this property is enchanting; the ambiance is warm and embracing with a sense of awe, as to how it was built and knowing what the rooms were used for adds another dimension to the overall stay. Great service, with added cultural perfor***ces during dinner. A great stay and the walk through ***dawa village is another highlight.

We stayed here for one night on a tour around Rajasthan. We stayed in one of the Royal apartments and I can honestly say I have never stayed in such a beautiful room, it was stunning. The hotel itself was also stunning and had been refurbished brilliantly. We loved walking around it, there was always something to see. We had dinner and breakfast there, both very good meals with excellent service. Only one issue immediately above the bedroom was a water tank/pump which unfortunately made noise all night long every few minutes so we didn't get a great sleep. Such a shame as everything else about the hotel was brilliant

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were so incredibly attentive and the food was fabulous! The evening entertainment was tradional and we really enjoyed it. Definitely put this place on your list of hotels if you are going to ***dawa!

O hotel é simplesmente fantástico, uma volta ao passado, os atendentes são extremamente gentis e atenciosos. Os apartamentos são únicos e muito bem decorados e a comida muito gostosa. A limpeza impecável. Eu recomendo com absoluta certeza e espero poder voltar aqui com mais tempo para apreciar o hotel. Recomendo também a visita ao restaurante museu do mesmo proprietário.

This is a beautifully restored Haveli in the middle of a small sleepy village. The rooms are all different and original with updated bathrooms. Beware of very slippery marble bathroom floors! The room was initially rather musty and felt cold but the heater helped. The pool area was pretty but basic and the spa is very basic and the massage therapist was away so a substitute came in who had obviously never performed a massage and had very rough hands, so exfoliated at the same time! The food was very good, it was only ever at room temperature but very tasty and a high quality. There is a bangle stall, puppet stall and show at night. The young boys make the bangles with their family, they are so beautiful and such great presents, and n addition to helping the local community. The staff were all very good and attentive. There are lots of stairs and quirky features that might make it more challenging for someone of limited mobility. This really is a beautiful place that transports you back in time. A privilege to be able to experience this wonderful place.

Beautiful Haveli, Very friendly and courteous staff and great food. Well maintained and good location to see the other Havelis around. Very beautiful Original frescos from the past.. Visit the Business Families Haveli's - Morarka house, Podar house museum etc...

Very large 300 year old historic haveli converted in charming hotel with historical decor rooms and grand interior court where evening meals are served under the stars with music entertainment and, if needed, fire pits near the tables. Breakfast is served in the interior dining room. The charming building is worthy of a museum, A great experience to feel carried away in time and history. We were there for 2 nights and they offered us the most exquisite rooms. They found a marvelous guide for us, Mr. Om, a friend of the owner who showed us all fabulous havelis. And the hotel offered us a free camel wagon ride in the village for happy hour. Very attentive staff, personalized service of a family owned hotel.

Abbiamo dormito qui una sola notte durante il nostro tour ed è stata una bella esperienza. L'hotel si trova in una piccola città fra abitazioni semplici e non ci si aspetta la ricchezza di questo haveli, il suo porticato e le sue pareti affrescati ed i suoi cortili tutti ben restaurati e ben tenuti. Siamo stati accolti da una pioggia di petali poi le pratiche di accoglienza sono state svolte rapidamente. La nostra camera, arredata in stile ma semplice, era spaziosa e pulita. Viste le temperature basse durante la notte in camera c'era un radiatore elettrico. Un po' scomode le scale per scendere nel bagno. Cena e colazione non molto varia ma buona. Gentile lo staff. I cortili, i portici riccamente decorati e ben restaurati sono ricchi di storia e riferimenti religiosi ed è stato bellissimo poterli ammirare.
