前台服務員態度一般，主要是房間裏設施特別老舊，衞生間裏金屬全都上了一層鐵銹，黃不拉幾的，衞生間還特別小，開了裏面淋浴間的門，衞生間的門就不能打開了；房間裏灰塵特別多，手機放桌子上，一會就落了一層灰，整個房間裏空氣中飄着灰塵，特別難受，唯一的好處就是距離琅琊山的小東門較近

酒店就位於琅琊山中，面對一片湖，依山而建，大堂很大很温馨，還有書吧。關鍵是前台姑娘笑得甜蜜蜜態度很好，來幫忙開陽台和電視的兩個設備班的師傅也很和氣又幽默，做清潔的客房服務員都主動問號，總之這家酒店給人印象很好。

酒店位置非常好出門就是琅琊山東門，房間雖然有點年代感但乾淨還有個陽台就是衞生間小了點，酒店餐廳晚上還有套餐贈送了水果，早餐品種豐富還有現磨咖啡，每位服務員態度都非常好，特地表揚一下前台王萍辦理入住時就給酒店第一印象加分了。

1）位置挺好，在景區東門，位於醉翁亭和琅琊寺/南天門中間，第一天中午，滁州站滴滴20多到酒店入住，放下包，走1公里路，去逛了醉翁亭，回來在酒店吃晚飯，128雙人套餐，小炒肉、牛仔排骨味道不錯，蒸雞蛋羹和雞蛋湯份量很足。第二天一早去琅琊寺和南天門，大約兩三個小時夠了，然後從景區北門出去。如果是在滁州有大半天空閑時間，可以過來住一晚。住宿價格跟市區差不多，説不定還能碰上免費升級到湖景房。

酒店環境很好，園林式的設計匠心獨運，讓人賞心悦目。訂住房間還送小零食和早餐券，晚餐和早餐品種豐富。因入住當天正值中秋節，酒店還送來了兩個月餅，相當貼心了。另酒店位置極好，衹需步行幾分鐘即可到達琅琊山。

景區內酒店，本來衹是圖方便，到了才發現裏面有一個小湖，湖中綠意蔭蔭，旁邊亭台樓閣，很有情調，瞬間愛上了這裏！不錯不錯，來琅琊山玩耍的外地朋友，首推這家酒店！200多的價格，免費升級湖景房，來到陽台，推門就看到深秀湖，美哉
