best place for those in transit taking a break from long journeys. location is easy to find. enough room to rest. The downside is because it's quite noisy on the side of the causeway and quite a lot of noise comes in (people chatting outside, etc.) and there was an incident where the electricity went out for about 30 minutes. the rest were very satisfied with the friendly hotel staff and the cleanliness of the toilets which was very good

The ambience of this hotel is cozy. Hotel is located in the downtown of Tasikmalaya. Room is clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast menu is modest but the taste is quite good. Recommended hotel to stay in Tasikmalaya.

Recently I staying for 10 nights at executive room. They didn’t provide sleeper, and the cups are dirty, bathroom was very small, but the room are huge. Cleanliness in the room was OK, but the smell aren’t good, suggested to put some odor removal. FnB side really worst, I came only one time for having breakfast and doesn’t want to having anymore breakfast at the restaurant, the taste and persentation horrible, want to order coffee at the lobby but no one staff can make the coffee. You have good hotel and room, but your FnB really your big homework...

come to tasikmalaya to visit my family and was surprice by the hospitality. the room is clean and spacious. i highly recommend this hotel if you come to visit Tasikmalaya. Miss Mutiara the GRO help me alot during my stay.

Where do I start, the pictures and reviews on booking sites are misleading, apart from the lobby the rest of the building should be condemned, seriously it’s literally falling apart, cracks in the walls. How can this Hotel possibly have a 3star Hotel rating? A ten dollar backpackers hostel is a better option. Ok $40 is cheap but I expect bed linen at least! The place is a health hazard, dirty sheets, no linen just a nasty smelly bed cover on stained sheet see pic (obviously I complained to have it replaced by another stained sheet and smelly cover). My room was a dirty empty shell half unpainted? No intercom/phone in room, no WiFi in room, no tea making facilities, no picture on TV, no proper bed linen,(wipe clean PVC pillows on bed ***) no nothing I’m shocked ! The building may be old and decrepit but there is no excuse for lack of hygiene, the bathroom is the stuff of nightmares. I could go on but I think you get the picture, do yourself a favour and give this place a wide birth. This place would give a dosshouse a bad name ! Why didn’t I just walk out, torrential rain and other nearby hotels were fully booked, I had already prepaid due to reasonably good reviews on booking.com ranked as 2nd most popular Hotel in Tasikmalaya......really! (thanks guys). I’ve never taken a picture of a Hotel room This time for the health and well-being of fellow travellers, I felt obliged to upload a few less distressing ones. You’ve been warned. Recommendation untuk low budget

The size of bed room is bigger than other Fave Hotel in Indonesia, with high ceiling, luxurious furniture, clean and tidy. Nice few from bedroom window, quite place surrounding the hotel (I was on 6th Fl.) The receptionist area wider and cozy. Many variety of foods and drinks during breakfast, excellent foods and tasty. Excellent staff, excellent services as well. The best hotel @Tasikmalaya.

The room is quite comfortable and spacious, there is a special terrace for renting too .... unfortunately the hot shower is not 24 hours and there are no action when it is complete
