La struttura è datata sia negli arredi che nelle camere. Il bagno NON è in camera ma di fronte ad essa e bisogna uscire dalla camera e attraversare il corridoio. La cosa peggiore è che questo “particolare”non è scritto da nessuna parte. La struttura è molto vicina all’aeroporto militare, alla stazione dei treni e alla strada abbastanza trafficata, con i problemi di rumore che ne derivano. La colazione è da rivedere. Il gestore è molto gentile Credo che il prezzo non sia giustificato.

Non è stata una bella esperienza. Camera non proprio pulitissima, cosa che abbiamo fatto notare al proprietario, che ci ha detto che lo avrebbe fatto presente il giorno dopo alla signora delle pulizie... solo che noi il giorno dopo saremmo partiti...Il bagno fuori dalla camera raggiungibile attraversando il corridoio non è il massimo; c'era cattivo odore ed è ampiamente datato. Il letto un disastro coi piedi completamente disassati, praticamente impossibile dormirci perchè dondolava al minimo movimento, sensazione di dormire su materasso ad acqua, nonostante il tentativo di rifissarlo da parte del proprietario. Colazione con prodotti confezionati.

Ho alloggiato in una camera confortevole con bagno. Struttura strategica per chi vuole visitare Roma. Nessun problema la vicinanza all'aeroporto ... Gli aerei cominciano a passare intorno alle 6.30 e fungono da sveglia per chi vuole visitare la Città. La notte si dorme benissimo e in silenzio totale! A due passi treno che in circa 20 minuti porta a Roma Termini. Perfetto! Unico neo la mancanza di un foglio di istruzioni per l'uso della macchinetta da caffè e magari ... Magari qualche cosetta un po' troppo sc****tta la colazione. Ma nel complesso, lo consiglierei.

La struttura si trova a 10 minuti di macchina dall'aeroporto di Ciampino e a pochi passi dalla stazione dei treni "Casabianca" dalla quale potete raggiungere Roma termini in 15 minuti. Le stanze sono grandi e pulitissime e con lenzuola e asciugamani candidi e che sanno davvero di pulito. I bagni, seppur staccati dalle camere sono privati ed ad uso esclusivo di ogni singola camera, anch'essi puliti e dotati di tutti i confort. La colazione, seppur con prodotti confezionati, viene fatta in autonomia a qualunque ora lo desideriate. Vi sentirete a casa! Il gestore è una persona disponibile e gentilissima. Possibilità di pagamento con pos. La struttura si trova in un area molto rumorosa ma in ogni camera sono presenti dei tappi auricolari monouso che possono ovviare al problema

Accueil super par Mauricio qui nous a amené à l'aéroport le lendemain à 5h30 du matin. Grande chambre avec petit balcon très propre et super literie.

A delightful property with a caring proprietor. The room was spacious and quiet. The shower was a little too small, but it was appropriate for a private residence in Italy. There were plenty of songbirds to provide a very restful stay. And, it was very conveniently located near Rome’s commuter train service.

Very friendly welcome by owner who drove to airport at 6am. Simple super clean accomodation but well placed near the airport runaway, 2m from checkin counters. Breakfast could be improved. Perfect for a quick stay before catching up an early flight !
