I took a night off on my way to the Great Falls. There was no choice and no expectations, but it was too bad. There was no stall in the bathroom. After the shower, the floor was all wet and the bedside lamp was broken.

Beware of this hotel, the pictures online are not at all what this dirty, disgusting hotel actually looks like. The nasty mildew smell made me sick, garbage on our beds, dirty floors, bugs, not clean bedding, me and my daughter couldn’t even stay and ended up driving 3 hours home at 12am. Manager refused to issue a refund. Staff was not helpful at all. I’m a single mom and now I’m out $131.43. My daughter is completely traumatized after this experience. We did not feel safe at this location at all.

Was given a room with a duct taped and zip ties shower head. The exhausted fan was hanging down. Not very clean. Was given a new room that was ok

We always enjoy visiting Days Inn in Brewerton. The only complaint I would have is the selection of TV stations and the difficulty of finding a program. Otherwise we have no complaints.

Overall, our experience here was good. There were no maintenance issues and cleanliness was good. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired but we came to sleep, not eat, and this was reflected in the reasonable room rate. We will stay here again.

Cafetière vide les 2 matins, comptoir sale. Items restreints pour le petit déjeuner. Pas de sandwich aux œufs le premier matin. Le personnel était occupé sur leur cellulaire plutôt que de s’occuper de s’occuper des items manquants. La télé ne voulait plus éteindre. Problème avec la carte magnétique de la chambre.

Great to receive such professional, friendly and proficient service at the Brewerton, Days Inn last week. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very much at home and welcome. Highly recommend this Days Inn hotel.
