This was such a beautiful place to vacation with my husband. Overall, one of the best vacations we’ve had. The staff were great! We had a couple’s massage that was so relaxing and much needed. Highly recommend. Our favorite places to eat were Pitons’, Armando’s, kimonos, and Soy. Our favorite dishes in this order were grilled lamb at Pitons, grilled steak at Armando’s, and sesame salad and all sushi at Soy. At Kimonos, we had a great chef that was so entertaining and made the experience so much fun! We also bought great photos taken by the staff, which you can view at any point of your stay. I also enjoyed shopping at the gift shop and buying St. Lucia hot sauce and vanilla! I do want to recognize the cleaning staff. They were all so nice, but Sherma went above and beyond in making our stay so inviting and comfortable. Great experience! We will be retuning soon.

Dated hotel. In desperate need of a renovation. Bathroom was tired and dirty. Restrooms in public areas needed a proper clean and updating. Some of the staff were rude and gave an eye roll when requesting drinks. Pool area was quite a party atmosphere which i didn't mind and quite enjoyed but would be disappointed if I were looking for something more romantic. Exceptional location with a beautiful beach and scenery. Definitely wouldn't come back to this hotel but would come back to St Lucia

Jonathan at Soy is amazing! Super quick service, attentive and has a lot of fun, even when there are a lot of guests. Great food and great drinks! The Sake Cruise and Sake Sangria were favorite drink specialties. Soy is one of our favorites and Jonathan makes it even more fun!

The staff is great and welcoming each day, but the entertainment area is lacking. The app is not updated, show events that are no longer and events are canceled without notification. If you prefer a quiet and relaxing place, it is good. The daily entertainment needs improvement and the entertainment staff needs to be more interactive around the pool area. The beach is not private. The food was good.

We loved our stay at Sandals Regency La Toc. The service was excellent and the staff were helpful and worked hard to make it a great experience for us. A special shout out to Shermina who cleaned our room each day and made sure to leave us a positive note each day. She went out of her way to make our stay even more enjoyable. The location is beautiful, the restaurants were good and offered many different types of dining experiences. Would highly recommend going to this resort.

I wish I had an excellent review to write because its Sandals and we paid a good bit of money for this resort...but it was average on some experiences and below average with the staff and the room service! We did a group of 20 to celebrate 20 years knowing each other and it was such a disappointment! We stayed during the storm and the resort (and the island) was shut down for about 2 days. The staff could have made the experience so much better but they did not, really sad to say. We were told that we would get credit towards a future stay since we stayed during the storm but when we asked about the credit, no one knew what we were talking about! They pride themselves on "exceptional service" but 3 rooms had to change due to bugs in their rooms and the linen being stained. The rooms need to be renovated and we were looking forward to an awesome resort experience but it was just not worth the money. The food was mediocre and we even ate at the restaurants that required reservations. I have stayed at other Sandals locations and really had an excellent experience. It makes it even worse that after having to endure the storm and poor service that they wont even try to redeem themselves with credit for future stay at a different Sandals location.

We came here for our honeymoon and had a beautiful time! We got the butler service and Titus, Abra and Marvin were fantastic. My favorite food experience had to be the sushi bar followed by Hibachi at Kimonos with Mr. Jeanclaude! Would absolutely go there again. Overall a wonderful trip and worth every cent. Enjoyed many many pina coladas

My wife and I came to celebrate our anniversary and what we encountered was so much more than a celebration....we got excellent and great service with a smile from Manager Tricia, our butlers: Sherman, Danelle and Davy. Our housekeeper, Shermi was excellent! Marvel, at the gift shop, was so helpful. The person that stole the show was Sherman. Always has a smile and does everything quick and efficient. The view from our room was breathtaking and our room was great too. I would say the only thing that I didn't like, was that there was no shuttle to and from the airport to the market or Friday night fish fry. You had to pay if you want to go. Overall, we had an excellent time and will come again.

5/5. We stayed 10 nights at Regency La Toc and it was an amazing experience! Out of the three Saint Lucia locations, it had the perfect blend of tranquil and upbeat options for our vacation. We spent time at the sunset bluff pool which was nice and quiet but spent afternoons/evenings at the larger pavilion pool which had pool volleyball and events. The food was overall very good along with the service! The staff are incredible going above and beyond to bring food and beverages to order even from where we were sitting on the beach. We made friends with both visitors and staff! Charles in particular went out of his way to make sure we had great service including bringing us chocolate chip cookies (our favorites), serving us beverages from our pool seats, and chatting with us about our experience! Charles was always around the corner to greet us with a smile and ask if we needed anything. Transportation was very prompt with plenty of space! Sandals is great for location and service, plus if you want more partying, Sandals Grand is great or if you prefer quieter, they have Halycon all with in a 20 minute drive!
