Nina and Narecia at the Pitons provided exceptional service. We went on our first night and they set high expectations for the rest of our stay. They were so kind and everything they told us to eat was amazing. Definitely ask for Nina and/or Nareciaif you go to Pitons or Armando’s!

Highly recommend the beach dinner at sunset! The view was stunning and the food was delicious. Lian was very friendly and offered outstanding service. We had a light rain during the meal and she did a great job of providing all the necessary adjus**ents to make it a 10/10 dining experience.

Myers at the Kimonos restaurant was TOP NOTCH. My husband, “John Cena” says to try his Myers medium special 😋 He made us some wonderful hibachi. I would recommend making a reservation as it books up quickly. Thank you for the wonderful food and entertainment!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here for our honeymoon. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and “special” throughout our time. I’d give this place 5 stars but the shuttle service was not very dependent. We missed two of our dinner reservations at the “nicer” restaurants because of them. We order the shuttle more than 45 minutes in advance and were forgotten about both times even after multiple calls. I’d highly recommend paying for a butler for your stay to avoid this issue. Our housekeeper named Sarah Lee, introduced herself to us on our first day. She went out of her way to make us feel at home. We’d leave with an unmade bed and shoes and clothes laying around. We’d return with our bed made, shoes lined up, our clothes folded and greeted with a warm smile and hello if we happened to see her. We frequented Cricketer’s Pub and got to know a server named Nigel. He was very friendly and eager to please us. Last, Leroy at the pool bar was the life of the party. He had a great personality. He was constantly busy with guests and never made anyone wait for a drink and kept everyone entertained.

We had some issues with our room but room was upgraded. Manager made right the problems we had. Wish we had longer bc we spent time waiting on things. We enjoyed a butler room as an upgrade. Our butlers were checking on us to make the trip special. Overall we enjoyed the trip.

We had a great time we utilized almost every part of the resort and it was great. Our butlers were fantastic and made sure we had a great week. The cabanas at the grande and the covered chairs at La toc were phenomenal. Armando’s breakfast every morning was delicious. Thank you for a great week! We will be back!

I went here for my honeymoon and had the most amazing time. The resort is beautiful with such a gorgeous scenic view of the ocean, great entertainment, and fantastic workers. We had the pleasure of meeting some amazing workers such as Janiah and Martin. They both went out of their ways to provide us with a memorable experience when they provided exceptional service. Janiah made sure almost every day that we were doing ok and did a wonderful job performing at the Sandals Live show. So a HUGE thank you to her for making our trip so much fun and memorable! Martin did a fantastic job at the fire show and made every day he was in a day filled with laughter and good times. We would recommend Sandals, specifically Regency La Toc, to anyone who is looking to go on a honeymoon or a romantic vacation.

I lost my phone and the staff was extremely helpful in helping me find it! It took us about 3 hours to find the phone but they did not stop to no avail ! Thank you Joachim , Donovan and Bryan !!! They did everything they had to do to assist me and sat by my side until the phone was located via find my iPhone even with it constantly moving around !!!! I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants Caring and attentive staff!! I could not have asked for better attention to detail !!

We had such a wonderful time here. You can get scuba dive certified for under $400 a person then go on free dives every day of your trip. We went on 7 dives! We also had great experiences with the staff - particularly Shanissa with the dive team, Travis who showed us our room and always said hello and asked us how our trip has been when we’d pass by, and Hyacinth whose personality is so kind and nurturing (doesn’t hurt either that she was the one to serve us delicious coconut ice cream!) The whole trip was a blast and we felt very welcome on the island. See you later, St. Lucia!
