Family staycation here, the road to the location is badly damaged at the incline, where the incline is really high 😂 Entering from the lower gate, no one was guarding it at all, I went into the restaurant but still didn't see anyone at all, finally found the lobby, entered from the other gate, apparently, the receptionist gave me the wrong room, but after checking again, finally I was there. gave me the room according to my order, the lady was also very friendly. The gardens here are nice, everything is well maintained, good for photo spots, the rooms are quite clean and spacious so it's good for many people, but around the rooms the terrace is dirty, the air conditioning disposal is not in the right place so it makes the terrace muddy, the place is very spacious but there are only a few staff , it seems like savings because only my family and I stayed that night, so it was quiet and creepy at night. In the description of the facilities it says there are table tennis and billiards but it turns out they are all damaged, so the only public facilities are a swimming pool, but unfortunately it's not clean, the water filter isn't running either, it was just cleaned in the morning but it's not clean and there's still a lot of dirt floating around. . Over all, I like staying here, the facilities are just lacking, hopefully the next time I come here the billiards tables will be repaired.

As for the place, it's good, the view is okay. But the lights suddenly went out for the room I ordered. In the future, just increase the quota for electric kettles, because it's far enough to find hot water, the rest is okay. Service is also quite good

The hotel is not bad, only the check-in time does not match what is stated on trip.com at 2 pm. It turns out that in fact there are hotel regulations written at the reception. Check-in is at 4 pm, making it uncomfortable for guests to have to wait a long time.
