Modern, clean and quiet. The Spa and Swimming Pool are superb, luxurious, especially for a small resort in the middle of Poland. You should advertise more across Europe - both Ciechocinek and this hotel are real gems!

To był spontaniczny wyjazd. Dzięki profesjonalnej obsłudze Pani Kingi ,udało Nam się spędzić wspaniały,rodzinny pobyt. W dużej mierze,to właśnie obsługa tworzy tzw.,,pierwsze wrażenie”. Pani Kinga bardzo nam pomogła w doborze właściwych pokoi i Pakietów. Cierpliwa,bardzo zaangażowana,przemiła i zawsze uśmiechnięta osoba. Często właśnie dzięki takim ludziom,chętnie wracam w to samo miejsce❤️. Hotel usytuowany jest w malowniczym Parku Zdrojowym. Pokoje są bardzo czyste i przytulne. Niesamowita strefa SPA. Muszę stwierdzić,że jedna z lepszych w Polsce ,jakie dotychczas odwiedziłam. Przede wszystkim ciepła woda w basenie solankowym. Sauna sucha z przepięknym widokiem na Park Zdrojowy. To samo dotyczy tężni solankowej. Duże sauny,jacuzzi. Kolejną formą relaksu są ciepłe łóżka w Strefie Ciszy,na których leżąc można podziwiać piękno Natury🌿. Cudo-dla ciała i duszy💜 Wyśmienite jedzenie.!! Kucharz na pewno kocha to co robi!💪🏽 Brawa dla sympatycznych Panów z obsługi kelnerskiej. Pełna dyskrecja i profesjonalizm. Tu specjalne podziękowania dla Pana Artura. Z całego serca dziękuję❤️

Super hotel. Strefa SPA na wysokim poziomie. Przede wszystkim basen z cieplutką wodą. Jedzenie wyśmienite. Profesjonalna i bardzo miła obsługa. Szczególne podziękowania dla przesympatycznej i bardzo pomocnej Pani Kingi ❤️z recepcji hotelowej. Dziękuję za wspaniały pobyt.

We are a family with three children. We have been coming to Villa Park regularly for the last 10 years. A few days ago we were there again - unfortunately for the last time. Villa Park is a rather small and quiet hotel. The main „pros” are: Comfortable rooms - those on the park side have a very nice view (unfortunately, only one can accommodate a family of 2+3). Very friendly, courteous staff (bravo!). Good cuisine - especially good breakfasts. Good location - next to the Park, next to the nice fountain. Nice "Spa" area with pools, which can be reached directly from the rooms, without leaving the building. And on top of evertyhing — quiet, relaxed spa ambiance. There are also a few problems - it's mostly minor glitches here and there (the door key pauses time and again, jams shoot out in the evenings, tiles fall off on the balcony, stained carpets, etc.) Renovation or at least refreshing is a must. This time, a big surprise was the rather rude behavior of the owner, who once came to the hotel and in anger began to insult us in the reastaurant. In addition to a great distaste, this left us with a strong impression that we are not welcome at Villa Park - we will not come there again.
