Quite disappointing to stay here. Arrived late in the evening. Booked the best room via *********** and then manager charged extra for the room even though had a guaranteed rate on ***********. Then insisted on cash payment, and then told *********** we didn't arrive so he wouldn't have to pay them the commission. Room was clean, but in the night has a mass of bugs attracted by the light. Bathroom no hot water, taps don't work properly and sink basin rusty. Would not stay here again.
