Hotel Faro Luna

Dit hotel heeft heel duidelijk betere tijden gekend. Alles is koud, deels kapot en niet echt schoon. Het is een all inclusive hotel maar eigenlijk is er weinig keus in alles. De wifi werkt de hele tijd niet (systeem werkte niet maar de wifi wel). Het avondeten was slecht. Ontbijt en lunch prima. Zwembad en strand waren prima maar niet heel bijzonder. Ik zou Cienfuegos helemaal overslaan, er zijn veel leukere stadjes.

This is not a hotel, it is a camp. You have to come with the bed, the sheets, the food, the drink and a refrigerator, luckily you don't have to bring the sea and the Sun. The pool has no water, ahh and the terrible service, I didn't know the bartender was deaf because I had to ask him for food 4 times, he looks at you but doesn't speak, he must be Russian or English because he doesn't understand Spanish. The only language that is understood is the bank card. It is better not to visit this place.

I do not recommend to anybody. In a hotel it is dirty, the pool is really very dirty, I am not talking about mold, but about dirt. The room in equal conditions, everything very dirty, when I arrived I took off my shoes, and I ended up with my feet full of dirt, everything I touched is full of dust. I was at the bar for about 20 minutes waiting for the Bartender to arrive, and when he arrived he disappeared again after 5 minutes. There were only 9 customers, I don't understand how everything could be so dirty and so slow. I do not recommend it, bad choice.
