I don't recommend to visit this hotel , I am Cuban , y have visit many hotels an this is the worse I have gone , the room , very bad , air conditioner didn't work correctly , cold water in the bathroom , to my brother in law was given a broken bed , in the restaurant (dining room) a bad attention , liquids aren't for free , also water , the person's that attend the restaurant says that drinks , soft drinks are over because they prefer to sold it in the black market , food are very bad elaborated , please don't goo tho this please , better go to playa cayo santa maría hotel or to other in Varadero , the toilet very bad clean Y received the room dirty , In the pool a very high music that damage my ears , please don't go to this bad hotel , I loos my money , this is no a good place

Todo muy tranquilo y esquisto nos gustó a todos y pudimos difrutar hasta de la playa ,,,sus comidas son muy rica ,la vista en la atardecer es muy linda , en verdad lo disfrutamos mucho☀️☀️en el 2022 voy a visitarla de nuevo

Muy buena atención, así como la elaboración de los alimentos, las habitaciones muy confortables y un ambiente muy agradable con la unión del Río, mar y las montañas, un lugar muy bueno para ir con familia y amigos
