A complete failure. Waiting for check-in and the check-in process itself took about 30 minutes. After entering the room, it turned out that there were no children's beds (ordered during the telephone reservation). Attempting to report a deficiency - another 30 minutes. waiting at the reception, where when I asked when I could expect the report, I heard "Are they necessary now? The room ladies will report it, but we don't know when because they have a lot of work." After returning to the room, it turned out that I was collecting the remaining equipment ordered for the children: potties, steps for the washbasin, etc. I immediately checked whether the rest of the equipment was consistent with the reservation: no safe or minibar, which should be in the room according to the description on the website. Moreover, it turned out that the shower cabin door was damaged and held on the two upper hinges. Completely unacceptable, especially when staying with small children. Another visit to the reception (waiting time about 20 minutes). The receptionists wrote down what needed to be delivered, what was damaged, etc. When I mentioned the lack of a bar and a safe, they told me that there was an error in the description on the website. I reported my intention to file a complaint - it was possible the next day during a meeting with the Director. After repeated attempts to contact the decision-maker, the Director treated me rudely, stating that "A broken shower cabin is not dangerous at all. The description on the website will be checked and corrected. And if I need to put something for the children in the fridge, it's at the reception." As compensation, he received a discount voucher for the next stay, which will not be used anyway, because I will not go there again. And if that wasn't enough: after the conversation, the Director and I went for dinner (6:45 p.m., dinner until 8:00 p.m.). The bain-marie, platters and jugs of drinks were empty! I asked the waitress if she would bring me anything else. They brought some fries and some drinks. I grabbed some dry bread for the children and some pasta without sauce that appeared. Good thing I had my own water in my bag for them. After waiting for 30 minutes, I literally asked the waitress for a slice of ham and cheese. I heard, "I'll bring it in a moment, the cold plate is being prepared. It all needs to be put away, etc." At. 19:30 (after 45 minutes of waiting!!!) The waitress brought the cake. Other guests rushed so much that they immediately took a few pieces to eat something. Suddenly the waitress came out with a "cold plate" i.e. 10 slices of cheese and 10 slices of ham (which, by the way, looked quite bad). And here, after hearing the outraged voices of the guests, the waitress said, "We won't pay any more because dinner will be over soon." Outrageous. Not to mention the fact that for 2 days you couldn't even buy water at the reception because "the delivery didn't arrive". For PLN 1,300 for 2 nights you can expect something better. A detailed description as a warning. I advise against it...
