Great hotel! It’s the first time to live all-inclusive, it’s a happy hometown, all kinds of restaurant food, drinks, snacks, supper, drinks are free, and there are all kinds of entertainment, archery, tennis, football, table tennis, billiards, you can go to Fete by sea Xie, go to the jazz bar to listen to music and enjoy fine wine and food at night, it is unforgettable.
Environment: There is a private beach, the environment is beautiful
Facilities: There are various types of swimming pools. The most amazing thing is the water park. The slides are very fun. There is also a swimming pool at the door of our room, so you can play whenever you want. Various restaurants to enjoy food and drinks at any time

After booking a room, I couldn’t make an appointment for the free restaurant. The room smelled bad, and the price was different. In short, the experience was very bad, but I also upgraded a room with no view and only a lot of beds. It was useless to us.

We visited here early April and obviously being early in the season was quite (absolutely no complaints there!) We were bowled over by the friendliness and manners of all the staff and were really impressed with the hotel. We had a family swim up room which the room itself was perfect for what we needed, clean fresh and well stocked regularly with drinks and bits. The pool was too cold for me if I’m honest but to be expected with time of year but many others used it. I think the patio area is abit small given its family accommodation for 4 people. It was just wide enough for the two sun loungers, but that’s my only gripe there. Food excellent. Genuinely. For a buffet style restaurant the variety and quality was top notch. Although I found the dessert sections little addictive. We had everything from succulent lamb shanks to beautiful fish. We ate often at Basilica as it’s a great location and the food was great. The evening snack restaurant isn’t snacks at all it’s excellent cooked Al a Carte which was great. The beach snack back both kebabs and jacket potatoes were great. We used the spa a couple of times and the deep tissue massages were too drawer. So as a summary, if you want a great hotel where you don’t have to worry about food quality and variety I’d recommend here. I found then cocktails and drink selection great and enjoyable although I don’t really drink my partner loved all her cocktails and I enjoyed all the mocktails. We have a 7 year old and he loved it.

What a lovely hotel, in a beautiful setting! We had a swim up room, which was a little chilly, when you first got in but soon became comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and cheerful and the service was so quick and efficient. I would like to give a special mention to our evening waiter on the terrace: ISA Gergen,(apologies if the spelling is incorrect), he was so attentive and helpful. The food was amazing, so much choice and beautifully displayed. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

What an amazing week we had,this place ticks all the boxes and we did not want to leave. All staff in every department work their hardest to ensure guest satisfaction is paramount- however special mention to Youssef on reception for always being polite and professional and The two blue fit hosts Jennifer and Youssef who made mine and my sons holiday with their many daily activities- you guys really are a credit to Tui. Hope we get to come back soon.

My friend and I have just returned from a fantastic week at this wonderful hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The food/restaurants were all excellent and there is so much choice. All the Tui staff were fabulous and I’d like to give a special mention to Josephina, Sean, Emma and Tara for all their help and advice on trips, transport tips plus being available all day long. Also the hotel Entertainment team and musicians were all so talented. We especially liked the very gifted pianist Nikolai and his colleague Mdu on the saxophone. Not forgetting Chloe for her fabulous voice and entertaining skills. We met some lovely people there and will hopefully return one day soon. Keep up the good work and thank you 👍👍

Me and My Dad had the best holiday here, it’s rated highly for a reason. The complex is very clean, the food at all restaurants is delicious and the evening entertainment is amazing, with very talented musicians and singer's. All the staff are friendly, approachable and very happy to help, especially Pascal who works with the TUI Rep’s in the main Lobby, he answered any questions we had, always had a smile was very attentive and ensured we had the best holiday Big thank you to everyone, we will absolutely be back next year.
