What a fabulous resort! Settled along a beach, this adults-only resort is all about the water, with oceanside dining, a spa, restaurants and more.
The restaurants are really good, we enjoyed every meal. The advice is to book some of them way ahead of time.
Staff is very friendly, helpful and thoughtful.
Rooms are clean and has everything you could need on a vacation.

The Great Lovely clean modern hotel.The Staff on a whole are brilliant.We stayed in a Swim Up room probably the nicest room we have stayed in. It was cleaned to a high standard every day and we always had a well stocked mini bar /tea and coffee.The bar staff made us some amazing cocktails and drinks especially at the Cuphea Bar .The whole hotel looks fabulous at night as you walk between/over the pools.Food at Cuphea was lovely you were never rushed and the staff were informative and polite.The Chinese Restaurant next door was also very good.Wi Fi worked well apart from one afternoon.The entertainment was pretty good especially the band on a Monday night . The not so Great. Meals in the main restaurant theme nights in my opinion were lacking taste and it was a limited choice possibly the worst Indian meal I’ve had.After trying all the different theme nights we just booked into the other restaurants these on the whole were a huge improvement.Breakfast and Lunch were good the staff polite and friendly. Drinks The sparkling wine was just about okay if you had the first glass from a new bottle.The White Wine could have been an improvement but it was never chilled enough. Beer The beers on offer were decent enough but everything was served from bottles,bit of a let down when it was widely available on draught next door. On a whole we enjoyed ourselves,but we would have to think hard before returning maybe we might change our minds in a few weeks as there’s so many good points.

Yorum yapmak için tatilimizin bitmesini dahi bekleyemedim. Kesinlikle bir daha gelmeyi düşünüyoruz. Fiyat performansın ötesinde, bu kadar elegance bir süreç yaşayabileceğimizi ummuyorduk. Personelin titizliğinden tutun, hijyene, gastronomik olarak kusursuzluğundan, olanaklara kadar inanın eleştirebileceğim neredeyse hiçbir nokta yok! Akra Blue Sensotori ailesine kalpten teşekkürler. Our second visit here and expectation’s were very high after an unreal week here in October 2023. It did not disappoint! Just a 40 min taxi from the airport and we were welcomed home. We were shown to our room and headed down for dinner (arrival was around 1030pm) the restaurant is 24/7 and the food was just as good as we remembered. Everything was perfect for the whole week. Selman took care of us all day making sure we always had a drink. He was super friendly and appeared to know the whole pools orders which was a lovely touch! There were options to dine at the main restaurant ala carte or at Cuphea restaurant. Both were excellent and special mention to Suleman who provided excellent service both day and evening! On an evening the main restaurant was a different theme each night which again was a nice touch. I was trying to think of a highlight but it was 10/10 every night. The chef special prior to starters were soo good! Shout out to Abdulrahman who was our server most nights! My only suggestion for improvements would be the toilet block at Cuphea. There is only one toilet for men and women and then a disabled. When it was busy on an evening it was a bit annoying just having 1 toilet each. It would be better to have a couple of urinals and then the one toilet which would mean no queuing! The best experience once again, we will definitely be back again soon.

Excellent Service and Relaxing Stay Staff are Superb! Main Restaurant - All Staff were Amazing Special mention to Fatma in main restaurant. Fatma was so Welcoming, always smiling and worked hard ensuring you received a first class service, she was a pleasure to see every day. Aylin, Sam, Mustaff were also amazing. All staff at the Hotel work hsrd to ensure your stay is perfect. Thanks for a wounderful Holiday!

Nos alojamos en la Lacke House y valió cada centavo, increíble habitación con vista al mar y salida a la pileta, el hotel es maravilloso, están en cada detalle, la comida es de primera, la atención del personal es a otro nivel, destacó a Zeki que hizo que nuestra estadía fuera inmejorable, todo en este hotel es impecable, muchas gracias!!

No words can express how much we love this hotel. Our 3rd visit and it feels like coming home. The staff go the extra mile and treat you like friends, they are one of the major reasons we keep coming back year in year. I also have to give special recognition to Asli and her Management team who keep the place running like a well oiled machine and they always welcome you with a smile and a wave. The food is outstanding and of the highest quality as are the drinks, especially the cocktails and wine. The rooms are luxurious and so comfortable and all of the facilities are exceptional. A special shout out to the following staff but I have to say they are all brilliant. Zeki who year on year makes sure we want for nothing. Veseyl who it’s great to see has been promoted and still makes the best cocktails. Melek whose smile lights up the room. Osman and Abdu in the main restaurant made sure every meal was outstanding. The amazing man at the beach kiosk who does the best daiquiris and Homemade lemonade. Tolga at Cuphea and last but not least Selman who looked after us all day every day at the pool. A great addition was the Garden Party every Wednesday night, we had the best nights. Total Ibiza vibes - well done Asli and the entertainment team! Already booked for next year. See you all in September 2025!

Our second visit and it turned out to be even better than our first. Penthouse suite over looking the sea was wonderful, the food was great, the service everywhere was superb. A massive thanks to Isik, whose excellent service was most appreciated. The hotel’s attention to cleanliness is very impressive, and again we must thank Gulizah for her attention to detail when cleaning our suite which was always immaculate. We also enjoyed sharing a cabana with friends who were celebrating a birthday. Another lovely and memorable experience. Our only room for improvement comment would be regarding the recently installed beach shack bar: it needs reviewing as it is not properly staffed. Whoever is on duty has to serve at the shack and on the beach , as well as restocking the place. All credit to the excellent Murac, who worked extremely hard to keep everyone happy. He never complained once, but we felt that he was overworked. Once again many thanks to all of the staff who made our holiday so special and congratulations to the management team for maintains such high standards. Needless to say, we will be returning.
