Liberty Fabay - Ultra All Inclusive

Positive reviews I read before booking are all true to their word. Absolutely stunning hotel with the best staff I have ever encountered and I holiday a lot. Nothing is too much trouble for staff and management. I upgraded our rooms directly with the hotel due to a mistake last minute.com made and refused to rectify unless I paid them £1800. Hotel charged me £684. Then on arrival we were informed they had upgraded our upgrade. Well this sort of thing never happens to me so I was over the moon and very grateful. I had one small issue while there which I mentioned when someone was going around asking questions about our stay next thing we were invited to see a manager In reception and that small gripe was resolved immediately. It was about sun loungers being reserved all day not being used and we struggled as a family to sit around the pool. Next day towels were being removed from vacant beds and advisory cards left on some. I would absolutely stay here again not sure about the price hike though.

I dont normally do reviews, usually too busy on holiday or forget when I'm home. But here goes....positive in every area. This place is stunning! We travel to Turkey every year (family of four - a 10 year old & a nearly 13), usually at Lara Beach or Belek in Antalya, but my mum stayed in Liberty Lara last year & sold the Liberty name to us & she was right in everything. This hotel is fantastic from the rooms to the staff. The food is perfect. Please don't be put off by people moaning about samey samey food, if you like something you'll eat it more than once. Yhe main buffet is nowhere near as chaotic as other hotels weve been to in Turkey. The quality of food is impeccable. Beautiful little Al a carte at lunch aswell as the usual kebab & hot dog huts. There's a lot of speculation about building works next door but you really don't hear anything. Our balcony looks out on to that hotel & there's next to no noise at all. That Liberty hotel next door looks amazing. We had a couple of issues with the shower & fridge not been restocked but a call to reception & it's all fixed within 5 minutes. The staff are incredible. There's more staff here than I've ever seen, always on hand, helping with anything, offering drinks, cleaning up, honestly in my years in Turkey these staff members have every inch covered. The slides aren't great for our age kids but families we've met with younger children love them. The entertainment team are amazing. The effort they put in is so far above & beyond they must be absolutely shattered. Always sunbeds available at 9am, always tables available for the shows, its incredible. Literally I can't fault anything. The room/bedrooms are super too. Jodie Reader

My partner and I stayed in June as a young couple with no kids. To say we were impressed with the hotel is an understatement - we had an amazing time! Our room was upgraded and it was brilliant, lots of space and a huge balcony! The hotel overall is absolutely spotless and the service and staff are absolutely incredible. We both agree this is the best hotel we have ever been to. We usually go to adults only hotels as we don’t want to be dealing with loads of kids running around. It was a gamble as this is a family hotel, however with the adults only pool and restaurant we didn’t find this a problem at all! We did go in June before the schools are off however there were definitely lots of kids around but that wasn’t an issue. Around the pool during the day you have the bar staff on rollerskates!! (Which is such a talent with trays full of drinks) this was great and the drinks were lovely! Special shoutout to Osman who was always happy to help. All the staff are so polite, happy to help and an asset to the hotel and Liberty as a group. To mention a couple, Benji in the Asian restaurant made our visit so special and he was so helpful and knowledgeable - very funny guy too! And Senem in the entertainment team - we were really sad to say goodbye to her as we saw her most days (especially for bingo) and she always had the time to chat and have a laugh with us. Such lovely people on the team! The one and only negative I have to say about the hotel is about the air conditioning in our room. I’m not sure if ours maybe didn’t work correctly or if this was standard, however it didn’t work in the bathroom so it was always boiling in there and whilst we managed to get it to cool air, it definitely wasn’t 17C as the unit said. Another note is that we stayed during the Euros and my partner was very worried about being able to watch the games - this wasn’t an issue as the sports bar had loads of screens and opened for the football and it was also shown in most of the bars too. Overall, we LOVED our visit to Liberty Fabay and we would certainly recommend this to our friends and family. We worry that most hotels we stay in now won’t meet the high standard that’s been set! 11/10 - full marks from us!

Fabulous hotel excellent staff just very expensive the staff are fantastic it’s spotless clean only a short drive from airport excellent choice of food and beverage it’s the staff that make your stay so enjoyable always smiling even working in 40 degrees
