Exelente servicio, solo le falta señalizacion despues de la caseta de acceso para saber por donde llegar al loby, hay muchos caminos antes de llegar a la recepcion de el hotel, pero todo exelente

It is a grand old resort. It just needs some updating. The room smelled a little musty and the furniture and bathroom fixtures were old. But the people were wonderful and we really enjoyed the wait staff and bartenders. I’m not sure if I would stay there again but loved the boat taxi to Barra and restaurants.

The property is beautiful and well maintained.
Our room for the first night had a strong odor of mildew and mold. It thought that the room had probably just been closed up and that it would dissipate. It did not and we felt sick the next morning. The room also had a dehumidifier in it that the other rooms didn't indicating that management was aware of the problem. We emptied the dehumidifier 5 times in less than a day.
We asked for another room which they gave us but we were not able to see it until after 6 pm. The room was a downgrade from the room that we had paid for as it didn't have the view that we had paid for. There was no compensation offered and we didn't pursue it because our stay had already been disrupted enough and didn't want more grief on our Valentine's stay.

No waiters/waitress gave service to beach area area of hotel, was there for one hour and a half and no service was given but overall great place
