Didn’t like: lighting in room not placed in right places, no light at desk so I could read sitting down; TV remote not easy to use and no printed guide; light over And behind is a bad idea; faucet and drain in sink did not work properly in room 128; heat in room was 65 when we entered. And it took 35 minutes to warm it up to 75,

Had I known their oven was broken and that they were not serving breakfast, I would have not stayed here. How about calling for service to repair it. The person who worked in the food area seemed pretty excited he didn't have to do anything the whole shift. Do not ever do this to business travelers. Will never stay here again. The computer for guests is not working either. Have to go to see my client unprepared. Epic FAIL.

Pool was not operational and I found a dead spider on pillow. I would not have booked if I would have known the pool was not open. I had 2 kids on the stay with me who were excited about the pool. The staff told me I would get a $35 refund but when I called back they said they couldn’t.

I've visited this Hotel on many occasions and I Always have had a very nice stay. The whole experience was problem free and relaxing. And the Mger. Ruth is a very informative person that shows her Guest attention as well as making sure your stay was satisfied. I Give her 5 stars
