The one thing that stood out the most that made our stay fantastic was the amazing bartender that we had the pleasure of being served by. Elle, was great. She was personable, energetic and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend visiting this location.

Hotel was great but will never stay on 2nd floor balcony unit again. Street noise was aweful (bar noise and early
Sunday morning leaf blowers was unacceptable. Not enough unsolicited info available for rooftop igloos, and continental breakfast is lacking in options. Will most likely stay at Hyatt for next trip to Cincinnati.

Logan in valet went out of his way for us and was an amazing help. Emily Johnson is also someone who always impresses me whenever we stay at the AC Hotel, as she is professional and exudes such a pleasant energy. Thank you for the wonderful experience!!
