Housekeeping did not “clean” my room properly during my stay nor prior to my arrival. There was leftover melted ice (water) in the ice bucket. For 3 days they never emptied the trash in the room (some food from room service the last day and a half), just the bathroom. They took some towels, but then dropped a wash cloth on the carpet and left it there. They also left the dirty glass on the table for 4 days and never took it or replaced it. Also when I arrived there were two body washes and one conditioner, left a note to request shampoo; it was removed but no shampoo left. I had to call the front desk to make another request.

Staff at the Renaissance Cincinnati is always super friendly and helpful! Ali and Susan in the lounge always make me feel at home but also valued by the hotel! They really go the extra mile for their guests! I am looking forward to my next stay later this month!

Nice Hotel with friendly staff. The Valet service was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced considering its a hotel restaurant. 100% will stay there again if I'm in Cincinnati again!

I stay at too many hotels throughout the year for work, but only enjoy a slight few of them. This hotel is one I really enjoy staying at. Rooms are clean, fresh and modern. Staff is super friendly and kind. I love that they have a club to access for elites, as it’s nice to grab a soda and snack in evening or coffee in the morning. I like hotels that make me feel at home, and this one just does that nicely. While I’m not home when traveling, I appreciate the little things (no issues getting a 4pm check out as a Platinum, and a friendly hello when I come through the lobby) that just make my stay a bit easier. All in all, this is my go to hotel for all my Cincy visits.

2 double beds surprised us when we entered the room. We booked a single king 2 months earlier. No steps were taken to correct. No fan in bathroom, bloody sheets, no toiletries, no amenities, no steps taken to make our stay bearable. Horrific.

Great location and the staff was very attentive, professional, and friendly! Hotel has valet unless you find parking nearby. Close to river and a sports venues for Reds and Bengals. Perfect location for riverfront restaurants or downtown conveniences.

This is one of our favorite hotels to stay when we come to a game or just to hang out! They always treat us nice and we also love our included breakfast. The location is perfect, great staff, great service at the restaurant and clean rooms!!!
