The room was nice but it wasn’t the room I asked for and paid for online. I paid for a single king and got a two queen bed room instead. There were also some stains on some of the sheets. The bathroom was very nice and so was the shower. The tv was a nice decent size and the room was comfortable.

Overall, the hotel was nice but the experience was less than expected. Room and bed were nice and comfortable, but housekeeping did not check shampoo & conditioner which is built into the shower and I had to call the front desk two days in a row to get more shampoo which was then unserimoniously dropped off on the desk instead of refilling or replacing. The last evening and morning I attempted to take a shower and was welcomed with cold water - not a stellar experience at 3:45 a.m. while getting ready to leave for an early flight. The lack of refilling soap was also apparent in the meeting room bathrooms on the 3rd floor - they were cleaned multiple times per day which was appreciated, but the soap did not come out of the dispensers. The lounge staff was a highlight as they were friendly and engaged. They had the same people each day so it was nice when our group would come back and be warmly welcomed and they remembered our drinks. Lastly - not that they can alter this easily, but the updates that were done at some point placed all the faucets in the bathroom too far back from the sink and it barely flows into the sink, your hands have to be right up against the sink to wash your hands and the bathroom had terrible lighting - too dim for doing make up.

Overall, we had a nice experience but there were a few things that we didn’t love. The room was definitely not the cleanest it could be - dust on some of the surfaces, bathroom mirror was dirty, and there were a few stains on the bedding. We ordered room service for breakfast and the food was not worth the price. Some of it was cold, some just not made well. Finally, on our last night, there was a wedding going on on the 2nd floor - we were on the 5th floor and the base/volume of the music was crazy. The walls were vibrating. The wedding ended at 11 so we didn’t get relief until then. Like I said overall, it was nice but for the price of everything, it could have been a much better experience.

Blood stain on cover, left over drinks on desk, food on floor. Switched rooms and went to pick up car from valet and found it was broken into. Two windows broken.

Housekeeping did not “clean” my room properly during my stay nor prior to my arrival. There was leftover melted ice (water) in the ice bucket. For 3 days they never emptied the trash in the room (some food from room service the last day and a half), just the bathroom. They took some towels, but then dropped a wash cloth on the carpet and left it there. They also left the dirty glass on the table for 4 days and never took it or replaced it. Also when I arrived there were two body washes and one conditioner, left a note to request shampoo; it was removed but no shampoo left. I had to call the front desk to make another request.
