Toilet and phone didn’t work in the first room I was given. The second room was better but equally tired looking. I can’t comment too much on the location, as I was there for a work meeting in the building next door. But there were food and shopping options nearby. Room service didn’t attend the three days I was there. I requested this service on check in. Perhaps it’s because of my room change. Either way, I don’t understand how a hotel charging this much doesn’t provide daily room service. Very poor. To the management – perhaps do a walk around of the rooms and check to see what is working and not.

This is a fine hotel with a very welcoming staff. Parking can be an issue, but other than that we had a great time. The room was very comfortable.

This is a great place to stay! My daughter attends Xavier University and it is so convenient! It is a safe stay with great restaurants and shopping that are walkable!

The hotel was clean with an indoor pool. Parking is an extra charge (self or valet) both cost. The rooms did not have a full length mirror so you have to use the bathroom mirror. Breakfast is not complimentary and you have to pay. A bit pricey in my opinion for not including parking or breakfast.
