The hotel is great, in a great location, the kitchenette works great, and the staff is friendly. Helped us check in early.

My fiancé and I loved this hotel. Only stayed for one night but it was very nice. The gym is great, valet parking was awesome, you can come and go as you please. Complementary breakfast was also great. Would recommend!

We went there for a concert in the over-the -rhine neighborhood. This was very close and convenient to the venue. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff even brought my daughter gluten-free bread for breakfast after I indicated that she had celiac.

I stayed at the Phelps on a business trip, and decided to eat at the bar downstairs. Both Kat and Shelly were absolutely amazing, super helpful, and the sweetest EVER! The food (turkey melt) and the drink (sake mix drink) were SCRUMPTIOUS!!!

Kay and Shelly at the hotel restaurant were incredible. The food at the restaurant were both delicious and fairly priced. I recommend the Greek salad and the sake. Don’t get me started on the churro bread pudding…it is to die for.

I had an amazing time in Cincinnati and my hotel was top shelf! The service was excellent and the staff was amazing especially Karen! She was very accommodating to all of my small needs and she has an amazing personality. The location in the city is perfect and the green space across the street from the hotel is amazing.
