No shampoo. Elephants upstairs. I put a towel on the chair to cover the stains. Corridor carpet was filthy and when I got off the elevator checking in, there was a crew "cleaning" the carpets. Parking was convenient and the bed was very comfortable.

We were chopped in very quickly, no weight. Our room was clean and smelled like nothing so that is great. Lots of towel towels for the four of us had stayed there. My only gripe is that I had two rooms and they charged us nine dollars for each room for parking when we only had one car. I had to call back to tell him this and they said oh yeah you just had one parking pass I said yes I did. They should keep track of these things so people don’t have to call back to get their money back or maybe it’s just a plan to get more money for parking.

My room was very nice! The TV greeted me with my name when I walked into the room. It was huge and clean! It had a very nice walk in shower, very comfortable bed, and the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were very friendly! I would definitely stay here again, when I come back to Cincinnati!

The staff was nice and courteous, the room was clean and quiet even during the day when I needed to sleep between 2 night shifts at a nearby hospital during a big snowstorm.

Check-in with David was an excellent experience. He was quite the gentleman. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was pretty much your standard fare, but the area was kept very clean and there was ample seating. There is a very good Mexican restaurant right across the parking lot!
