Terrible! Dirty. Watch your credit card. Customer service definitely doesn't exist at this property - they are a disgrace to the Wyndham name. We checked in late and were given a dirty room - literally not serviced after last guest. When to desk and they didn't have any other room to give us, just gave us sheets to change and make our own beds - really? What am I paying for a hotel for?! We were tired after a long day of travel so just did what we could/needed to be able to sleep for probably 6 hours. In the morning we attempted to discuss it with the front desk clerk, that was a mute point. He told me we could have not stayed and went some where else. Right, so you could charge me for canceling after cancelation period. Ugh. Website says breakfast item but saw nothing but coffee there. And that wasn't the worse - we had an issue wrong card being charged. We thought we had that worked out as he gave us a slip with a refund. However, later in the day after leaving, we noticed the name wasn't ours! However, it was our last four digits of our credit card. We wonder if they didn't charge our card to another guest room and they didn't pay (or was the clerk giving a room to a friend and charging our card?). Now we are a bit worried about a compromised credit card so we'll have to watch that for a while. I would never go back to this hotel and I'd recommend you find some where else to stay. Just leaving a review doesn't even seem like enough. Will reach out to Wyndham, but who knows what they can do. Poor excuse for this hotel. It was terrible in so many ways and the majority started with how the staff handled the situation. Also, apparently this property used to be a Motel 6 as that is they key card we were given. Perhaps they should go back to that and not give Wyndham a bad name.
