The staff was courteous. The rooms were clean. The room was either humid and warm or too cold. We could've used another blanket because it was so cold. We needed to keep the a/c on because it kept the air flowing. It was nice to be on an higher floor with "HOT" water for the shower! Overall, It was not bad. Not the worst, but not the best.

Room had a weird smell; bathroom did not appear to be clean (ring around the tub). Bathroom light above the sink flickered...the outlet near the sink was extremely loose - safety hazard. The valet was stellar! Very quick response time when the vehicle was requested!

Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Toilet about to fall apart. Had to hug sink to close bathroom door. Staff was nice, responsive, and professional. Hotel was clean overall. Great views from our room.

Let me say that the staff was really great, from the valet to front desk, etc. Also that I've stayed here many times due to convenient location to Great American Ballpark. That said, one thing ruined it for me, and I'm not sure I'll be back. There was a big leak in the bathroom, probably coming from the floor above, since the wall was literally falling apart at the top. Entire top of sink floods, and what's so bad is that there is no possible way they could not have known about this, IMO. It would be the sort of thing that happens over time - and unless nobody has stayed in this room in weeks, I don't see how they were not told. That's what bugs me the most.

Overall, our stay was quite nice, clean and comfortable. The staff did great, the amenities were nice, especially the 24 hour market which allowed me to get breakfast early for the day of the race. The location was perfect in regards to getting to places quickly and easily.

Was supposed to be given breakfast coupons at check in. Wasn't. Found out from a colleague after paying for my bfast. Tub didn't drain on 3 of the 5 mornings despite repeated requests to fix. Major plumbing problem at hotel shut down water to my room on 2 nights. Had to make trips from the 18th fl to the lobby bathroom in pajamas. Horrible service at the lobby market shop -- refused to fulfill my order for hot water. Yes, I was willing to pay which is pathetic itself. Nasty woman! Oddly shaped small room with a queen bed jammed in. No digital keys! Plastic key cards quit working despite being well protected...another trip from 18 to lobby. Heavy sigh. People in the restaurant were very nice and good service -- food, however, was waaaay too salty and inedible. Valet parking staff were very nice and good service.

The first room had AC problems. I notified the front desk and told me there will be a technician coming. Waited 40 mins. No one shows up. Came downstairs and asked for a room switch. The AC was working fine but the sink was clogged. What can I say? It was already 11 pm or later. My families are all supper tired. Am I just unlucky or the hotel facilities need renovation? Think twice before booking any Hyatt hotel in the future.

A great one night stay. On site restaurant was very good. Room was nice and view was great. Bathrooms are very tiny, but nothing to worry about. Chech-in staff friendly. Great lobby and nice location. The rain in the area kept us from walking to local spots.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. We wanted to sit in the bar in the afternoon rather than the airport… but it was closed. :( Also, thought $25 for breakfast was steep in the restaurant. But The Market offer other choices.
