We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is very clean. Staff is very attentive and on point!! The restaurant/bar in the hotel has THE best burgers! The Perfect Pear best cocktail!! Whenever we visit Ohio this is where we'll be staying!

Hotel is 30 feet from I-75. Impossible to get sleep which is a very important measure for a hotel. Service people in lobby were lazy at checking in and checking out. Breakfast was just ok.

The hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast is available but not included in. There's also a Starbucks on site. The fitness room has great equipment. The pool was nice and the water was a comfortable temperature.

I stayed at this hotel for several days last November and loved my stay. On the morning of my checkout I paid my balance for snacks at the snack bar and meals at the attached restaurant. That charge showed up on my credit card statement, normal. Suddenly a new charge to my credit card appears in late January. I called twice over a month span to resolve and the manager claims there is NOTHING they can do? CC FRAUD. Watch out your info isn't safe here. First review I've ever bothered to write about a business, I feel so strongly about this and deeply hurt. $450 dollar charge.

The staff was friendly and professional. Check in and out went smoothly. My room, however, smelled like a gym locker room. The pillows reeked of body odor. I placed a large bath towel over them so I could sleep, to no avail. The pillows need to be washed or replaced.
