Die Posada de Uncastillo kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Posada liegt zentral gelegen ein bisschen abseits der Hauptverkehrsachse. Wir mussten zuerst ein bisschen suchen, als wir die Posada dann aber betraten fühlten wir uns sofort herzlich empfangen und bestens umsorgt. Die Posada strömt Ruhe, Gelassenheit und Stil wider. Das Zimmer ist wohl nicht so gross, aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und adrett hergerichtet. Das Highlight folgte dann aber Abends beim Nachtessen. Die Mahlzeiten waren sehr köstlich und reichlich. Der fein abgeschmeckte Hase war eine Offenbarung. Zum Schluss "verführte" uns der Gastgeber noch mit einer Degustation von lokalen Likören und Schnäpsen. Die Nacht war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Zum Frühstück gab es reichlich und mit lokalen Spezialitäten.

Wat een leuk hotel met gastvrije eigenaren! Het dorpje Uncastillo heeft meer te bieden dan dat je in eerste instantie denkt. Er is een zwembad en er zijn mooie wandelingen te maken. Het echtpaar dat het hotel runt zijn bijzonder gastvrij en hebben nu ook een bar geopend op het pleintje 50 meter verder. Hiermee is het enige minpuntje dat je niet buiten bij het hotel,iets kan drinken, ook verdwenen. Maar de kwaliteit van het eten was vooral echt van hoog niveau! Wij zijn niet meer verder gaan zoeken na de eerste avond. Werkelijk Top!

Je suis surpris que l’on puisse offrir un tel service pour un prix si démocratique, une profonde gentillesse et un repas juste merveilleux. On voit que les propriétaires aiment leurs clients plus que la rentabilité, tellement exceptionnel aujourd’hui. Souvenir fabuleux

Quel bonheur ce petit séjour chez Valeria et Daniel, toujours à notre écoute et si généreux !! Nous avons pu randonner aux alentours et nous reposer dans ce charmant village très calme. Les prestations de ce petit hôtel sont top !! (Propreté, cuisine et petit déjeuner….)

Une merveilleuse semaine dans le cadre d'un séjour randonnée dans la Bardenas avec l'agence Allibert. Je me suis sentie chouchoutée et accueillie comme une amie. le cadre est magique, chaque petit détail est là pour nous rappeler que la priorité est le confort du client. J'ai trouvé incroyable que nos hôtes fassent l'effort de retenir nos prénoms et nous saluent chaque matin comme si nous avions toujours été là. J'ai adoré !!!!!

Amazing place. I was there for 6 days on a guided walking tour of the Bardenas regional park. Dany and Valeria are really welcoming hosts, and the Posada is full of atmosphere. They made our pack lunch as well as breakfast and dinner, and the food was great. The town of Uncastillo itself is a gem - all medieval or 16th century

L'accueil irréprochable, les propriétaires sont très gentils et se mettent en quatre pour nous rendre service et nous rendre le séjour agréable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est extraordinaire et les repas très bons, confectionnés avec des produits frais. Les chambres très propres et confortables. On a l'impression d'être des invités.
