Best Hotels in Cipagalo, Indonesia

Hotel was cosy and clean. Minor wear and tears in the bathroom as it's an old hotel. It has a mini zoo for kids. Swimming pool is rather small, can get quite packed over the weekends. Service was good, iron and hair dryer are avIlable upon request. Breakfast buffet consisted of mainly traditional Indonesian food. Good spread of choices.

Outstanding hotel, nice view with a bunch of kids activities. Rizky Front office staff gave us excellent service very friendly and helpful. Also Roslita restaurant staff in charge very understanding with our conditions (family with 3 kids). Definitely will return for next weekend

stayed for two nights here.the main note is that there is an independent bank atm at the entrance of the hotel.it is still one building with the hotel with spa and reflexiology that the price is not expensive,and there is also indomaret. At least for the need to buy drinking water and snacks is easy. Next to the hotel is a pharmacy and a big mosque. Opposite the hotel is a Sunda dining house, fried rice and cart buns, there is also a coffee house. Really complete what needed is around the hotel. The room size 18m2 is enough for a mantra in the room. Add a spacious feeling with a window in the room. unfortunately,the window with dead glass,if the window can be opened,it is certainly comfortable to feel the cold air of bandung in the morning.the bed is comfortable with a pillow and also a unique small pillow extra.the tv channel is very complete. water heater is available,although coffee and tea are not provided.it is no problem to be able to buy all at indomaret.bathroom towels are soft and wide.water is also good pressure. There are two notes for room facilities, room air conditioning is not cold enough, it seems to be needed in the service filter and the bathroom is not so spacious (if it is 20cm wider it will definitely be enough). the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious,even the bataki sauce when i tried the sauce tasted just right.for smokers,there is also its own place.one note for breakfast,why is the drinking glass so small?

Staying at Citradream Hotel Bandung is very pleasant and comfortable. Strategic location in Bandung city, very convenient to get around and many activities, close to the aorport and the station, many restaurants around, several malls and other tourist attractions. The staff is very polite and helpful, especialy thx to Mr. Gume as Manager and the receptionist (i forgt to ask her name). The wifi speed is very good, making it easier to do online work. Definitely i will stay here again if I go to Bandung. I have recommended this hotel to my friends and my family. The suite was very nice with comfortable furnishings, clean and the bed was comfortable too. 😉💖

The ”pisang goreng” (fried bananas) and ”tahu cabai” (fried chili tofu) are a must try for afternoon coffee or after swim snack in this hotel. Family room with 2 bathrooms, 2 twinbeds, and 1 single bed quite satisfying for the needs of my little family. Friendly staffs are very helpful, especially for our children at breakfast.

What a great place to stay. The hotel is located nearby malls and street food location. When we arrived the welcoming was super. The professionalism of the employees behind the desk was suburb . The next contact we made was with Erwin, we were exploring the hotel and when he saw us he gives us a good impression what the hotel us could bring, sending us to the roof top bar to see the city. The next employee Deman, He is the bartender at the pool. Super friendly and helpful. He arranged our drinks and food and always with a smile. (Thanks for the green morning drinks) Thanks Demon and Erwin for your help. Last but not least I want to thank the Iswan. Every morning we met him with a big smile at the breakfast. He provided us with information about the city. So we could make a program for the day. Great support and many thanks for your help and sandwich and drink when we left by car. For all who will read this, when you visit Bandung please book you room in this hotel. I have been in so many hotels in whole Indonesia but this hotel is in my top three. We decided to chkin nearby Braga town last min while we still at Guest hous in Bandung . The room was superb spacious. Good for family room. Clean toilet and simplicity fresh deco. Request for cleaning housekeeping service for our 2nd day. She clean it in a fast pace and very neat. The room service and restauranct cafe was good. We enjoy our dinner and supper while listening to the live band on Thursday evening. The location was great. Nearby old town Braga and easier to move around city. Will strongly recomended 5 star service.

The location was very convenient! Just less than few minutes to the centre. quiet and super clean. Very spacious room. The pillow & bed was ok & not smelly. Wifi connection was perfect. Bur gym was small & less machine. Overall 👍🏻

It's actually not the first time for my family to stay here but this time we stayed for 2 nights to celebrated my mom's birthday and it was such an amazing experiences. The room, the service, the food, the staff are all wonderful. The check-in process was fast and got great explanation about the hotel's current policies and facilities. The room was great as always. For the breakfast they have lots of type of delicious food. The food in the club lounge were also fantastic (Tahu Walik, bakso, the small cheesecake pie, all the cake and pastries are a well-prepared delectable food with great presentation). Special shout out for the team in the club lounge! The crew in the club lounge are all awesome and really attentive. Got a surprise for my mom from the team and it made her day. Thank you to all of you guys (I didn't catch all their names but mas acep and friends) for creating another memorable experience. We'll be back here again on the next trip to bandung.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 days on a business trip to Bandung and my tastebuds were really entertained by the local cuisines that served on the restaurants during meal time (luncheons and dinners). Checkins by the F.O team were so easy and prompt, the staffs on the HK dept are so responsive and quick for special requests (my roomate asked for an additional slippers since it was found only one at each rooms, we are doing double occupancy so we shared the room together). And it's fascinating how the HK staffs are always smiling when we passed them by even i know they are tired :) Pak Entis, Pak Dadan, Teh Lina, Teh Rini are one of their best squad! The Restaurant team are always helpful, they are so responsive on any clear ups and always spread their smiles when serving us within the dining time. Pak Sofi (The Food and Beverage Manager) and his team really bring the service quality to the next level :) The Chef personally came to me and asked whether the food is ok? I told Pak Memet (The Executive Chef) that the foods are extraordinary delicious! Each and everyday menus are so surprisingly expected, my personal notes on the buffet menus are : Sop Iga, Rawon, Kari, and Nasi Goreng Ikan Asin. And they had also a special live corner for specialty dish like baso and mie kocok, or mie tektek or karedok attended by the friendly magnificent trainees : Salma, Linda, and there is also Ira (Special for Ira, she's initiatively refilling the lovely buffet dishes almost anytime, cool!) Meeting room is spacious and private, we had coffee breaks below our meeting room, it's a semi outdoor pateo where we can smell the breeze of the upper side area of Bandung. Just Lovely! Room are eclectic and spacious, there was a li'l hummingbird entered my room from the window on the dawn, and it surely add a natural feelings of the surroundings. They had a long swimming pool, kids pool, kids activity area, and a proper gym on the 2nd level. Well overall, i love how the hospitality flows on their staff's bloodstreams, Great Job Gumilang Regency Team! Keep up the good work and can't wait to go back there whenever possible!
