Por segundo año consecutivo elegimos hospedarnos en el Hilton Garden Inn, la atención es increíble, las habitaciones son luminosas, lindas y cómodas! La comida es un 100 y los desayunos muy buenos! Especialmente queremos destacar la atención de la camarera Valentina y de la chef que tiene una variedad increíble de pastelería apta para celiacos

Excelente atención del personal. Amplia variedad de propuestas gastronómicas para almuerzos y cenas. El bar cuenta con bebidas y tragos variables. Amplias salas para reuniones. Todo el personal es muy educado, amable y servicial. Recomendado!

This is a solid business hotel located centrally in Neuquen. It is clean, there are a couple of good dining venues on site, and the staff is really friendly. There are always affordable taxis out front, and the property also has some great meeting space on the second floor.

El hotel es demasiado caro para lo que ofrece 150 dólares, el personal de recepción con bajo entrenamiento, no supo explicar bien el inconveniente que tenían en el garaje del hotel, tuve que estacionar a 150 metros, con varios inconvenientes y muy mala explicación. Entre las cosas por la que elijo este hotel es porque puedo dejar el auto cargado estacionado en el hotel y no en un estacionamiento público. El restaurante se come bien; pero deberían esmerarse en el acondicionamiento, parece más un patio de comidas que un restaurante de 40 mil pesos ( pareja) sin vino ni postre, el servicio de normal para bajo. El cuarto es normal, la ducha salpica y falta mantenimiento. Las cortinas muy cortas no llegan a oscurecer la habitación, de uno de los lados de la cama no hay enchufes para cargar el teléfono. Repito no esta mal, lo que dijo es que no puede costar 150 dólares la habitación, muy baja relación costo/ beneficio. No esta bien pensado ni para trabajo ni para viaje de paso. Se descansa bien, la cama y almohada muy bien.

Hotel casi nuevo con excelentes instalaciones muy buena atención, habitaciones amplias con baño cómodo. Desayuno podría tener más opciones pero para rescatar la máquina de café muy practica. El lobby y restaurant perfectos. La sala de convenciones y catering del lugar excelente
