Very nice hotel, attention to detail, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast served in a room with a lit fireplace, large room with a high bed and equipped with a topper. The only flaw is the bathroom without a window but with an aerator. We went for New Year's Eve and took advantage of the dinner at the Zafferano restaurant, very good even if too gourmet for us... certainly during the holidays you might want to pay a little more but perhaps a little too much.

Hotel restaurant is excellent - although the restaurant in the atrium was closed during our stay due to water leakage issue - room was warm despite having AC on- pool is not very inviting, not private, close to sidewalk- town is on the quieter side-

A historic, classy hotel, relatively small and therefore intimate. The Swiss ownership can be felt. The restaurant is excellent. I recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet, elegant and cost-effective stay. Chapeau
