Un luogo dove ti senti a casa. Ho alloggiato 3 giorni per lavoro e veramente mi sono sentito a casa. Il servizio è super eccellente, cordiali, gentili e professionali. Il menu l'ho trovato variegato ma soprattutto delizioso, ogni piatto si sente che è cucinato con amore e ingredienti di alta qualità. Lo staff eccezionale, sempre pronti ad accogliere le richieste, il sorriso non manca mai, ho trovato cura, attenzione e molta empatia. Magari tutti gli Hotel avessero un staff in cui regna l'armonia, ci sentiremmo a casa ovunque siamo. Ho apprezzato ogni aspetto, senza pretesa e sicuramente quando tornerò a Cittadella, sono certo che troverò un posto accogliente, bello e sereno ad accogliermi come L'hotel Rometta. Complimenti ragazzi e tutto lo staff continuate così💪🙏 Unico aspetto migliorabile la colazione, che è molto ricca, ma suggerisco di aggiungere qualche variante in più. Grazie grazie grazie vi porto nel cuore ❤️

ho passato una notte in questo hotel, ottimo servizio e camera in condizioni eccellenti. possibilità di parcheggiare anche la moto in un posto sicuro. vicino al centro cittadino, prezzo nella media, consigliato.

Soggiorno di tre notti, Da dimenticare in fretta ... Le camere piccole e sporche con finestra che danno su cunicolo e una scala in ferro Impianto clima rumoroso Bagno fatiscente Ma il top lo raggiungiamo con la cena Menu fisso 21 euro (Guardate le foto per giudicare) Colazione praticamente inesistente Ma il top è la cameriera con i capelli neri che ti mette fretta nel ordinare la cena e ti dice che se non ti va bene Cittadella e piena di pizzerie... Per fortuna anche di hotel... Adios Rometta

In viaggio di lavoro ho prenotato per una notte. Struttura semplice non recentissima ma pulita. La forza nel personale: molto gentile e disponibile, sia la signora al check in che il ragazzo alla mattina per la colazione e il check out. Dovendo proprio trovare una critica, la mancanza del phon. Colazione normale, ma completa di tutto (almeno per l'italiano medio), servizio bevande calde al tavolo (con richiesta i bis). Ottima posizione logistica: facile da trovare, ampio parcheggio e possibilità di raggiungere il centro a piedi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Bravi!

L’hôtel Rometta oltre ad essere impeccabile per il rapporto qualità prezzo e la sua pulizia, offre un ottimo servizio grazie ad un personale qualificato e attento all’esigenza del cliente. Sia che si soggiorni per lavoro che per turismo, la cura dei dettagli, L ottima colazione e il rapido check out fanno che il soggiorno al Rometta sia da considerarsi una esperienza da ripetere

Albergo modesto senza infamia e senza lode. Arredamento vecchio. Bassa insonorizzazione tra le camere. Colazione molto modesta. Il personale è comunque gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso non ci si trova male. Posizione abbastanza vicina al centro di Cittadella. A circa un quarto d’ora a piedi
