The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and convenient. The hotel is themed and the interior is perfectly integrated into it. Across the street there is an aquapark with a lot of slides and pools that you can also visit since it is included in the price. A place to which I would return again.

Staying in the hotel was nothing but a pleasure. Upon arriving we were greeted warmly by all the staff. Their teamwork and work ethic is unmatched. Employees go above and beyond for each guest either with providing recommendations or giving directions and tips regarding the stay or trips around the area. The lobby is a nice place for a cup of coffee and great deserts, the food in a restaurant is outstanding with wide variety of food and drinks available. We booked a large suite-apartment with thermal bath, which was quiet, luxorious and impeccably clean. Really outstanding to sit in the balcony in the evening overlooking the illuminated castle of Ptuj! Thermal pools (outdoor and indoor as well as childrens pool) are nice and relaxing. The spa and beauty centre are superb places to take refuge and pamper yourself. The hotel has a nice and warm atmosphere, which is always a pleasure to return to. Thank you for always hosting a wonderful stay!

Wir waren im heurigen Jahr mehrmalig im Grand Hotel Primus. Es ist jedesmal schön, wenn man von Allen sehr herzlich empfangen wird und mit der Reservierung ein rasches und problemloses Check-In erfolgt. Damit beginnt schon ein entspannter Kurzurlaub. Uns tut das Thermalwasser sehr gut und lassen uns im Restaurant sowie im Spa und Wellnessbereich verwöhnen. Auch der Spaziergang neben der Drau und die Besichtigung der Altstadt–Ptuj ist wunderbar. Wir werden weitere Kurzurlaube zum Genießen im Grand Hotel Primus buchen.

Very nice hotel. Lux apar**ent with its own sauna and whirlpool with a view of the thermal baths and the castle. Service staff tried hard, but free choice of seats at breakfast and evening buffets was a bit tedious. If I booked the Lux apar**ent, I would expect a reserved table. Unfortunately, the food was a bit monotonous. The in-house sauna doesn't open until 1 p.m.! Why? The Ptuj thermal baths (right next door) are very old. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired! Moldy tiles, rusty shower heads, etc. Lifeguard slept at the table......

An unforgettable holiday at the Grand Hotel Primus. Friendly and very courteous staff. All wishes were fulfilled 100%. Super delicious food with international and local delicacies. The reception in particular gives you a pure holiday feeling from the first contact. Very courteous and at the same time professional - that's what a holiday feels like. The hotel is only the best and can be recommended without hesitation. We have been there 10 times already. The rooms are large and bright with a balcony and a wonderful view. The food has a large selection and tastes first class. The service from the friendly, pretty receptionists is very competent. The pools are very pleasant. There is a bathtub with water from the thermal baths in the room.
