City Studios, Preston

I stayed a night at City Studios and it was lovely. The environment is neat, the room is spotless, the toilet, towels, utensils , equipment in the kitchen and crockery were all in excellent clean condition. I needed to extend my checkout and this was done smoothly. The staff are polite and very hepful. This will be my favorite place to stay next time I go to Preston .

I stayed at City Studios for one night over the weekend with my partner, and overall it was a good experience for the price. Before we arrived, Leanne had cleaned the studio and it was very clean when we got there. The bedroom was spotless and the whole place felt well looked after. The kitchen area was also spacious and fully equipped, which made the stay comfortable and convenient. One thing that was slightly confusing was the parking. When we arrived, we were told there is additional parking available but it costs £13 for stays over 13 hours. The app is a bit misleading because when you select the option it says “you will be charged when you leave.” My partner and I thought that meant we had already paid for the parking, but it actually only saved the card details rather than completing the payment. Once we realised it hadn’t gone through, we paid for the duration. The staff did mention that we could still get a ticket, so it would be helpful if the app wording was clearer to avoid that confusion. Aside from that, the stay was good value for money. For £60 for one night, the studio was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Overall, I’d recommend it for a short stay.

Nice little space. Clean and in a very good location. Had issues with checking in but it was resolved at the reception swiftly.

Nice apartment with a cute kitchen, comfy beds only thing was no ac but other than that happy.

Very clean room. Amenities were excellent and staff helpful. Despite emails suggesting I needed an app for the key to the property I was provided with a key card, which I preferred. Excellent value.

Excellent and neat

Studio was really clean & had everything we needed, bed was comfortable & parking was easy & free. Reception staff very helpful, would definitely recommend & stay again.
