brusque rude staff do not inspire confidence having somebody behind the bar wld be helpful no lunch menu is apparently served in the roped off first floor restaurant it's supposed to be a hotel pls try harder to cater for ur guests/customers

What a complete shambles of a hotel! We had to wait in line for such a long time only to be informed our room was not ready yet and it would be shortly. It wasn't a shot wait I can assure you. I got the impression they forgot about us. Following that the restaurant was an unmitigated disaster. Horrible food and clearly frustrated inexperienced and panicked work force. I'm greatful we only had to be here for the Friday night as our train was early Saturday morning.

We have stayed at this premier inn many times over the years. On this business visit for 2 nights - the outstanding difference this time is the amazing Ismal who greeted us at reception He had transformed the experience of staying here into something special. We have had worse customer service from concierges in 5 star hotels. He’s a credit to the premier inn brand. Perfect location, fabulous breakfast and spotless room Highly recommend

Well being a long way from home and not knowing anyone in the area, the staff are all amazing, couldn't thank them all enough, but a special mention for sue at breakfast, sue is a credit too the premier inn team makes you feel at home keep it up, the only down fall is the car park situation but it dose not effect the hotel at all, thank you for a lovely time will try and get booked in again

We arrived late at night on a Monday and were greeted kindly. We were in a mess and horrible situation after having to scrap our car and we just needed to sleep. However we were hungry too and the night staff whom I didn't catch names happily let us order from the late night menu. They were so friendly too. There were three of us and our little daughter loved being in the hotel and everyone was kind I took her for breakfast on the Tuesday morning and this is where the whole experience changed for us. We met the absolutely lovely Sue. My daughter is only 9 and she made comment to me whilst we were eating about how Sue made sure every person in the dining area was looked after. She was so right. Sue made our stay just that much better by her wonderful attitude and attention to detail we were so blessed to have met her and we cannot thank her enough for all she done!

Adel, the manager, is absolutely fantastic, he went the extra mile and help us. His mannars and his expertise is second to none, we could not thank him enough. Every hotel need a manager like Adil. Once again thank you so much. We will definitely recommend the hotel because of these highly professional staff and attitude towards the customers, we been to alot of places but your staff are the best.

This is an utter disgrace! I demand a refund! I just had the worst Friday night of my life in this crappie hole of a hotel! Firstly! It took forever and a day to check in because there was no staff! Secondly! My room was disgusting! No clean towels with the wet ones left in the bathtub. Thirdly! The lights in the room are all different colors making applying my cosmetics for my night on the town impossible! Fourthly! I was sold a meal deal at check in! The worst meal of my life! I have never had a worst teasing fish in my life! I couldn't finish it! Less today about a soggy cheese cake the better. Fifthly! The customer service of your bar and restaurant staff was terrible! I asked for the e-mail of your manager and they refused and told me to just contact head office but they insisted they didn't know the contact information and it was on the website! Fintally! If my breakfast in the morning is substandard I'm suing.
