After having our car stolen the night before we were attending a funeral, the reception staff could not have been more helpful, they helped to make a very stressful situation a lot easier. Special praise should go to Donna and Jack for their support and kindness. It was an unfortunate incident which they helped to make more bearable.

I have stayed at this Premier Inn many times it always provides first class customer service albeit a little on the expensive side. This time the car park was very dangerous huge pot holes right under the kerb stones on the exit and entrance which you cannot see especially in the dark I ended up damaging both my front tyres on my visit. Accepted pot holes on roads are every where however on a business establishment such as a hotel with lots of traffic going in and out these where unacceptable and extremely dangerous I have photos to show. Be warned you will cause damage to your car so be very careful.

If you don’t want customer service left waiting to be served. Damp on ceilings in room, stained carpet, no heating in room. A couple of sheets of toilet paper left. Dirty out of date Premier Inn, don’t stay here.

We had a terrible stay here. We had people running around hotel after midnight screaming and nothing done about it. Then had people banging on door looking for parties after 1am scaring our children. Nothing done again. Contacted guest-relations to complain as advised the day after and said was not within the 7 day policy to complain. I confirmed it was the day after and have had all correspondence ignored. Would not use Premier Inn again.

Have stayed here several times when visiting my sister who lives in Wolverhampton, it ticks all the boxes, clean and tidy, comfortable rooms and the hotel is close to the motorway and at a decent price

Food was ok, restaurant is decent but Carina is the real reason we keep coming back. She pours an amazing shamrock on a guiness and is the best company as a bar person! The early closing seems crazy and nothing more than a money saving exercise which would make sense if this wasn’t a place where a lot of company workers stayed therefore unnecessary!

The room was clean and fairly modern, we were on the ground floor. The bed was great and comfy, we slept very well. The room has extra pillows which were a great addition, the towels for the shower were clean and soft. The desk was useful and the wardrobe was good with plenty of storage space for a longer stay (we only stayed one night but is more than suitable for a 4-5 day stay easily) The only bad part was the bathroom, it was not that clean in general compared to the rest of the room and hotel, the shower which is over the bath tub was fine but the bath has some of a ceramics cracked off etc, the grouting around the bath and the sink area needed a good clean, it was grey and dirty, the main issue was that there was blood smeared on the bathroom wall above the toilet roll dispener.

Stayed for one night. The staff and room was nice. It was clean and comfortable. Drinks were there but no water or juice for my daughter so had to pay £2.40 for a bottle of water from vending machine Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate at the beefeater as this was recommend by staff but would not do it again . Very expensive for very average food Took 3 attempts to ask for some mayonnaise for 3 of us but they bought one small amount Food very expensive and we feel not good value
