Breakfast buffet is not comparable to domestic, but Europeans are quite conscience. The location is slightly off, very close to the station. But the entire city of Andorra is not large, and it is only a few steps away. The facility is slightly older and less soundproof, and you will hear the sound of the corridor. Everything else is OK.

Because Barcelona was too expensive for weekends, I drove to Andorra for one night. I did not expect more than 500 prices are not bad. The old house is very sensational, the service is OK, the room has a balcony, and the breakfast is okay. Finally, remind the hotel's parking lot in the building behind the main entrance. If you come from Barcelona, the hotel is on the left hand side and turns 90 degrees to the front of the main entrance. The uphill road is a large sign on the wall. 12 euros a night. Andorra is worth coming to shopping paradise, cosmetics, tobacco and alcohol is very good value.

The room is a suite, very comfortable and warm. The hotel's own parking lot is more expensive, you can park in the open-air public parking lot opposite the gate, it is much cheaper. Basically Andorra walks to the city center, and likes the city, the air is good, except for no special Chinese food. It is very confusing for the hotel to charge an extra 7-year-old child 40 euros a night, no extra bed, no breakfast, no extra toiletries, nothing, this money is very wrong! Although some hotels in Europe do pay for extra thirds, they are basically unable to sleep with adults and large children, so this is a bit dissatisfied!

The city of Andorra is relatively small, the hotel is at the foot of the mountain and the scenery is good. The lobby of the hotel is large, the rooms are large, clean and the beds are oversized. Under the floor is the restaurant, very convenient. Parking underground garage, but charges.

Our stay at Grand Plaza Hotel & Wellness was delightful for the short time we stayed. Our rooms were immaculate, large and provided all the amenities we needed. Julio was there to help with anything and always had a smile. The hotel is convenient to the entire city and easily walkable. Most: - Central location, in the heart of Meritxell Avenue - recent, spacious, excellent bedroom - very good water room (double bath, gross mirror, separate toilets...), bathroom and perfect shower - restaurant ”Coure” excellent and attentionful staff - very beautiful and functional common spaces - Arriving host staff But a few points to improve to reach 5/5: - no coffee shop, boiler, neither a bottle of welcome water - penderie design but really not practical - perfectionable noise isolation, you hear a lot of the street - missing a welcome guide (use of bathroom and shower, lights, services offered by the hotel...) - small parking, but possibility to park in a partner parking - impossible to book a double room on the internet if you come with a baby, triple room automatically allocated and very expensive price (particularly with regard to the use of an additional bed for a baby ...) ... To avoid this, contact the hotel by phone or mail and book a double room. - hotline Pierre and Vacances paying €0.25/min. The hotel is a very good choice for the old Andorra.

GGuest UserVery comfortable hotel in a good location right in the centre of town and also literally a few seconds away from the coach stop for the buses to and from Barcelona airport which was really useful, particularly when arriving late at night like I did. Rooms very well appointed, bathrooms good with powerful showers. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and unlike the reviewer below, my experience was that they all spoke English very well.

Fantastic hotel, amazing breakfast and professional staff. The rates are reasonable and it is conveniently located. This hotel stands beautifully between budget hotels and the overpriced and impersonal ones.I strongly recommend it whichever is the reason to travel to Andorra.

SSHENGNANThe room is a suite, very comfortable and warm. The hotel's own parking lot is more expensive, you can park in the open-air public parking lot opposite the gate, it is much cheaper. Basically Andorra walks to the city center, and likes the city, the air is good, except for no special Chinese food. It is very confusing for the hotel to charge an extra 7-year-old child 40 euros a night, no extra bed, no breakfast, no extra toiletries, nothing, this money is very wrong! Although some hotels in Europe do pay for extra thirds, they are basically unable to sleep with adults and large children, so this is a bit dissatisfied!

Very Good
Reception: Majority of staff were mostly courteous, however did not always greet upon arrival and did not always acknowledge you while you waited. Room / facilities: Room number 417 is on the 4 floor and is clean. It overlooks the city and has a road and views of the flowing from your balcony. The self control air conditioning is somewhat confusing to operate, but did the job. The room had a balcony with a door that opens fully enabling guests to go outside. The room has a bar fridge, safe, older style flat screen tv, euro style memory foam pillows, (that i found terrible and left me nursing a migraine after the first night). Queen bed, sofa bed, table and chair, hanging area and luggage shelf. The bathroom had a shower/ tub combo with a multi purpose shower head. Day 2, the 168 kids arrived and the noise escalated from a tranquil setting to a wild playground. Kids played in the hall, yelling screaming, opening and then slamming their and friends room doors, knocking on unknown doors and running (mine). Some kids were polite to apologise when they realised they had the incorrect room. Reception were requested to intervene at least 7 times (face to face and via the phone), however this only sometimes restored the peace for a short period. The student teachers/ supervisors were nowhere to be found to settle the children. Not an ideal situation to be in for a relaxing stay. Parking: is available at an additional cost of €21 (at the time of my stay). The car park is very tight to maneuver around. Wifi: Complementary and good speed password required, this did slow dramatically once the 168 kids arrived to the hotel and were using their devices. Conclusion: Excellent position. River views Comfortable rooms. Right in the center of town. Letdowns: Kids permitted to stay and guests not provided this information upon checkin. Adult guests could have been allocated other separate floors and the children on other exclusive floors. Location / Nearby: Centre of the city and all its offerings. Letdowns Rushing water noise can be a bit much for some. Hotel not advising guests of the imminent arrival of 168 children and the accompanying noise. Getting to hotel: Best use GPS. Be aware of the last roundabout prior to the hotel and the 5th exit that goes down just to the right of the main road/bridge. its very easy to miss. The hotel name and parking signs are only visible when your 5 meters from the property. If arriving into Barcelona airport and drive to Andorra, do yourself a favour and turn off “tolls” on the GPS, the drive has spectacular scenery, and is only marginally longer and you will save €30+ in tolls.

On July 22, 2023 I was at the Novotel hotel and I loved it, the spa was in the other hotel you have to cross the street, and I went in the morning it was quiet, and I loved it, the girl in the morning is super nice ! he has a very sweet voice. Charming and very attentive, thanks again! And restaurant some waiters 10 out of 10. The masseuse is a bit I don't know anything... and the fault was the Turkish bath, but we didn't care much because of the friendliness of the spa girl. and hotel to renovate..

LLULUBreakfast buffet is not comparable to domestic, but Europeans are quite conscience. The location is slightly off, very close to the station. But the entire city of Andorra is not large, and it is only a few steps away. The facility is slightly older and less soundproof, and you will hear the sound of the corridor. Everything else is OK.
