"The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. However, at first there was only one large towel in the room. I called to request more, but it took some time and I had to call again before receiving them. After the cleaning, no fresh towels were provided either. Parking was excellent — the valet service was always on time and very well organized. Compliments to the team!"

"Excellent hotel! Perfectly clean! Very friendly and helpful stuff! Very good breakfast! Great location! You have just everything around! And the Bus Main Terminal (to Dubai, Sharjah or to the Airport) is only 2,7 km. Definitely we will be back!"

"Room: The room was spacious and clean, though amenities and facilities were definitely showing age with no sign of upgrade / update (including outlets, water boiler, lighting, gym facilities). There was no hot water in the showers - after speaking with several different people at reception I was told to ”leave it running for 20 minutes or so”, which (1) was shocking considering the amount of water that would waste; and (2) did not ultimately work anyway. Several outlets were also not working in the room. F&B: There is a restaurant and a cafe (Costa Coffee) on 1/F and both have decent food with reasonable pricing. Given the hotel is located around the airport with nothing else around, those were the only choices for F&B without venturing into the city. Breakfast options were decent and if your flight is before the breakfast hours, you can ask for a breakfast package to be prepared upon checkout. Facilities: The gym was small with sparse machines (e.g. three treadmills). Location: Although it is the only airport hotel in Abu Dhabi, it is not all that close to the airport. Except for the benefit of the airport shuttle (which runs only once per hour), there appear to be better hotels in the vicinity at a similar driving distance and similar price. The mark-up in the pricing seems to only be attributable to the monopoly it has over the airport zone. While the staff is friendly and food is decent, the value for money on this occasion felt poor."

"It was nice to stay in a new hotel, and you can tell it is new from the varnish smell on the wardrobe to the bed being firm / without human imprints. It is a lovely designed hotel, with a lot of effort going into the interior design. I would stay here again as I did for my weekend away, but there are only a few things that bothered me: 1. The service was almost too good, at breakfast you can't just do your own thing, from getting coffee to getting eggs to even getting juice, there was always somewhere there to ask you what you wanted and would bring it to your own table...I prefer to serve myself so it was a big uncomfortable. 2. Hot water takes about 3 mins to arrive in the show 3. The lifts are not connected, meaning you have 3 lifts and 3 calls buttons.....makes it very easy to waste your time and other peoples time. Outside of this would recommend if you need a good place to crash in the middle of Abu Dhabi."

Everything was spotless, reflecting the high standard of cleanliness maintained throughout the property. The service was truly exceptional—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, always greeting with a warm smile and readiness to assist. Additionally, the food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of flavorful dishes that catered to different tastes. "Staff were really friendly and hotel overall was great. However, I will say that the service was appalling. Particularly the room service. Several times over several days, I had called up as not mugs were put in the room, radio didn’t work, no spoons/stirers were there (for example), but no one came. Two times I had to go down to the desk and ask personally and other times, I just forgot about it. This is just a few issues we had. My thoughts and opinions were shared with staff on checkout and an apology was given, but a good will gesture would have been nice, particularly since I had a list of bad experiences."

"The room was very spacious and had a kitchen and a washer/dryer, which was incredibly important for our multi-day trip. The location is convenient, with easy walking access to Yas Mall. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options. Warner Bros. World is right next door. The views are also great."

"I've stayed here a few times now, and it's always so convenient for visiting the different parks. The cleanliness is consistently excellent. There's even a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk. Both check-in and check-out are always very quick and smooth."

"Ctrip's service level is really a mess. The address given was wrong, and it is still wrong now. At first, I took a taxi to a local villa area, but there was no such store. Later, I checked the address provided by the agoda platform and took a taxi again. It took a long time to find it. There was no front desk, just an administrator. It took me half a day to communicate with him before I got the room card. The room was quite new, but the apartment was newly opened and many equipment were not ready. The room was still good!"

"The hotel WAS a beautiful hotel, perhaps 20 years ago. No renovation seems to have taken place, hence everything is as it was. It is clean. The ”kitchen” in the Junior Suite is not existent: just the fridge. Not even a spoon. Emptiness. The lack of reserved parking must be seriously taken into account: if you have a car expect spending between 1/2h and 1h to find a parking place in the area, after dinner."
