"The front desk staff was very kind, the room was clean, and two bottles of water were provided, which is not provided in many hotels in Australia!
If you need to arrive very late to check in, it is highly recommended to stay in this hotel because the front desk is open until the early morning! There is also free parking and the room is located on the ground floor, which is very convenient for carrying luggage.
The hotel offers two free drinks, especially the optional alcoholic drinks!
Miss Bar tender is kind, cute and interesting! She prepared a non-alcoholic drink for me which was just right for me!"
"I booked a room for 3 people, which cost $70 more than the 2-person option. I initially assumed this additional cost was for the extra bed, as the listing also mentioned that an extra bed requires an additional $70 charge.
However, upon check-in, I found that the higher price I paid was only for a king bed—the same setup as the 2-person booking—and no extra bed was provided. This makes it seem that it would have been more reasonable to book for 2 people and request the extra bed separately.
Could you please clarify why there was an additional charge for 3 people when no extra bed was provided? I would also like to know if I am eligible for a refund of the extra amount paid."
"The apartment complex is very nice. The apartment was very nice, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big living room, comfy beds. Everything was clean except the floor was dusty (we didn't notice until the bottom of our slippers gathered big lumps of dust very quickly). We had stayed at a different apartment in this complex before and dust wasn't a problem at all. But, like in the other apartment, cooking utensils may not be sufficient for family meals cooking, and clothes drying time was long due to combined washer-dryer and the drying programs' self-defined drying time could not be manually overridden."
"The room is clean and tidy. For self-driving guests, this is a very good choice. There is a washing machine and dryer in the room, and the kitchen supplies are fully equipped. But for guests who don't drive, the traffic is not very convenient. In addition, this hotel has no cleaning service on weekends, and the Monday when I stayed was the king's birthday, and there was still no cleaning service. I originally planned to go to the nearby cafe for breakfast, but this cafe is closed on weekends and public holidays, and usually closes at four o'clock. The overall feeling during the whole stay was not very convenient."

"No breakfast, no extra bed, but the room is a single bed, a double bed, suitable for 3 people, with parking. , There is a coles supermarket not far from home"
