"The hotel's facilities were generally good, and we could park right in front of our room. The only major downside, however, was a significant security concern. The hotel seemed to allow unrestricted access, which felt lax. Disturbingly, in the middle of the night, someone attempted to open our room's back door. This back door led to a small, private garden inaccessible to other guests, leading us to suspect it was a burglar. This incident terrified us, making it impossible to sleep. We immediately tried to contact hotel staff for assistance but couldn't reach anyone. Fortunately, Trip.com's customer service was able to provide support. Although it still took over an hour for them to connect us with someone from the hotel, they genuinely did their best to assist."

"We did not have any problem locating the resort. Checking-in was a breeze as well. The room was a little dusty. The toilet was constantly cold. Air-con in room takes a long time to warm up such that at a point of time we thought that it wasnt working. In-room facilities was well-equipped. There was a small swimming pool which unfortunately we were unable to make use of it since it was winter. Overall our stay was OK considering the price we paid for the room."
