"The room is fully equipped with electric stove and microwave for simple cooking. There is also a laundry room for guests to wash and dry clothes. Unfortunately, the soundproofing is poor and you can hear the residents in the neighboring rooms talking. Fortunately, the residents were considerate of each other and did not cause any noise."

"I had a pleasant stay at Mercure Melbourne Doncaster. The hotel is modern, clean, and located in a convenient area close to Westfield Doncaster shopping centre. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and well equipped with great city views. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any requests. Breakfast had a good variety, and the restaurant offered quality food in a relaxed setting. The rooftop pool and fitness facilities were an added bonus. Overall, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure stays in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. Highly recommended for comfort and value."

"Shoppingtown Hotel, Night Cap chain had Boom Cash Opera Playing and we reserved a nights accommodation. Check in was a breeze and staff are professional and friendly (even though we arrived at dinner service and the dining room was fully booked, staff super busy). We ate alfresco and the meals were excellent. I would drive from our home just for the Nasi Goring. After the concert and in our room you could not hear the busy hotel from inside our room. Bed and pillows - comfy, feel asleep within minutes..rooms are excellent for the price. Thanks to everyone"

"Temporarily decided to find a hotel near Boxhill at night, the owner was not there, and instructed me to check in easily and upgraded, very happy. The rooms are large and have heating."

"Elizabethan Lodge is a nice and quiet place located about a 20-minute drive from the town center. The surroundings are peaceful, making it a great spot to unwind. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing good service throughout my stay. It’s a solid option if you’re okay with a short commute to the city."

"Helpful front desk , the best they are next to Box Hill RSL and even we check in 8:20 at night ( kitchen close 9 pm) we still able to have sit down dinner there.  Nice  variety and daily special meals.  Overall good stay with family with kids.  Best they have in house washing machine and dryer.  Remember ask for security parking for traveller.  $25 per day and access through the apartment lift."

"This was the best hotel I stayed at in Australia. There is a large park and many Chinese restaurants nearby. Korean restaurants are also easy to find. It was good to cook because there was a kitchen, various cooking utensils, spoons and forks, and a dishwasher. It was also good to have a balcony. Housekeeping was not provided during the 4 nights I stayed at the hotel, but I think the room was quite spacious for the price, which was a big plus. But why do you smoke in a hotel? I don't think it's a problem with the hotel itself, but there were often times when the hallway smelled quite strong. When I checked in at the hotel counter, they emphasized that it was no-smoking, but who on earth would smoke... Please don't smoke in a hotel. Oh, and I took a picture of the church nearby because it was pretty."

"The room has an artistic vibe and is very comfortable and cozy. The Box Hill Station area is incredibly convenient, packed with large supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. With a prominent Chinese community, Chinese is widely spoken, making everything easily accessible."
