The hotel is very newly opened and is a lovely place to stay, we stayed for 5 nights, staff were very helpful and cheerful during our stay, continental breakfast was lovely between 7 and 9 am each day. The place has a lovely vibe about it. I didn’t get a chance to use the spa or gym facilities. But another person that used it said it was great. I would stay there again if I was down that way. There is a bus stop outside the hotel on parramatta road which takes you to the city which is great and we used it a few times. Great place to stay.
Small rooms, very clean, no noise from Parramatta Rd, secure parking. Individual air con units, windows do not open, doors open to an outdoor corridor overlooking a courtyard which is securely locked at night. All the usual amenities expected in a motel. I would have liked a second chair and a soap dispenser over the hand basin. In fine weather it would be a pleasant walk to the Haberfield restaurant *****. In pouring rain, it was an Uber trip. Buses run to the city along Parramatta Rd.
My daughter, myself and 3 grandchildren, booked in advance for a room for 5, the children are aged 12, 10 and 3,we got there and were given a room with 2 double beds and told thats all they had left,I slept with 1 granddaughter, my daughter slept with 2 We booked in for 4 nights, The balcony door didn't lock, In 1 review they said someone had climbed balcony and broke in, the bathroom had mold in shower behind door on bottom along floor, the vent was the bathroom window and no screen, there was mold in the vent that was in the bathroom ,the light near the bed was not working, the fridge had iced over and there was mold behind that to, chewy gum behind frame of bed on floor. My youngest granddaughter broke out in hives from sitting on their carpet which had paint on the floor, as well as mold also on door near entrance., this resulted in 3 hospital visits, and medication to relieve it. Now if anyone wants to know if it was a good holiday ...The answers no ,they need to sack their cleaner, shes not doing her job,and you shouldn't take a booking for 5 if you dont have a room for 5 The photos I took of the place are being sent to a health inspector, also I dont think sharing a communal toaster and microwave is ideal either. My daughter showed the woman on the desk my granddaughter, on the way out I hope I never see that place again

I recently stayed here with my husband and young son. I have given it a 1 star rating for the ease of parking, friendly management and location. Sadly that’s all it has going for it. Yes it’s a budget hotel, however I still expected some services. The building is pretty run down, however this wasn’t the issue. The room wasn’t warm or welcoming for a family. Tiles on the floors, not great when you have a toddler who likes to play on the floor. The room was dirty, someone else’s soap in the bathroom and signs of mould in the bathrooms. Sheets didn’t fit the beds and came off during the night. If you stay here, don’t expect a good nights sleep, as the lights from outside shine through the old 80s style glass above the entrance doors. Also don’t expect your room to be serviced. After discovering the room wasn’t serviced the first day, we asked for fresh towels and requested our room to be on the service list for the following day. No problems was the response. However the next day came and again no service was done. WIFI also did not work. The other guests also made me feel uneasy. Do not recommend for a family or for more than a quick overnight stay. Faulty towers came to my mind!
For the price, location and level of comfort my friends and I are happy to rate this motel a 5. We booked two twin rooms and we were offered upstairs or down stairs, close together. The manager was very obliging, friendly and helpful. We chose this motel for its proximity to the Wests Ashfield Leagues Club - only a 300m walk away so it was super convenient. It’s also close to shops and great value eating and night life. Parking was easy. Everything in the room worked fine and the beds were perfectly comfortable.
The hotel is good and the transportation is convenient. There is a train station and a supermarket about 200 meters away. There is a small cloakroom in the room where luggage can be stored. There is also an induction cooker. The service staff at the front desk are very friendly.

The hotel is not big and the rooms are a bit small. There is no stove, so we can't cook Chinese food. There is a microwave and baking pan, but no range hood.
Pay parking is at the church across the road.
Great place to stay. Staff were friendly and only too happy to help when required for any issues that presented themselves. Highly recommend staying there, good location. Restaurant has well priced meals, can charge back to room. Also has room service. Undercover car park is a bit tight when in big 4wds, good height clearance.
We had a dinner nearby, and lucked in this hotel. Not sure it is a new building or completely refurbished, but everything bright and shiny. Underground car park entrance from rear lane way. Can’t reserve, but called ahead and was assured low residency. Park in the first one you see, hard to turn around if you go to the bottom. Room was good, as expected. Marble flooring was cold, bring thick socks. $10 for pre-booked breakfast for two is great value - gives a limited bit very good menu and a hot drink each. Friday night ground floor restaurant was busy and loud music. Not a quiet lounge. Didn’t try the rooftop bar. Room x01 was that the back of the hotel, with unexpected views from Chatswood, North Sydney, the Bridge, and the City.
