"The room is large. The balcony has a beautiful view. Half an hour drive from the ski resort. There is no elevator, you need to carry your luggage upstairs. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry room. There is more dust in the dryer. No one cleaned the room for me on the first day. On the second and third days, I changed towels and dumped garbage for me, and I didn't do anything else. The front desk is very enthusiastic."

"Pros: The staff were very friendly and approachable. The location was good for anyone exploring the surrounding walks and for a morning or afternoon out hiking, with eateries and grocery shop nearby for feeding the family afterwards. Good option of staying in Jindabyne is important. Improvement Suggestions: The kitchen had food stuck to the cutlery and sticky stains outside and inside the fridge which we had to try to clean before using it for our own supplies. The rubbish was not taken out daily as stated on the sign. There was very little soap, shampoo and conditioner provided for the number of guests - we didn’t mind buying some at the supermarket but it would have been nice to be told of this in advance. No air conditioning in summer and fans provided were not very powerful."

"The hotel has a good view by the lake, the building is relatively old but it is clean and the bathroom has been refurbished. The price is good. The service is very good. The morning buffet is also ok. The dinner in the hotel restaurant is very good. We are very enthusiastic and family travel is very good"

"Beautiful resort facing beautiful mountains and lakes It’s an apartment so you can cook your food Everything thing is provided so perfect for families Comes with breakfast. Sumple but adequate. Near the town so convenient. Took a bus up to threabo for skiing and snowboarding Highly recommend this place"

"Special birthday weekend with the deer, mountain bike trails and friends. Very helpful out-of-hours contact to sort out our key (several times!) and supply a wifi (need to ask for it). Studio room was good size but would have liked a fan if no aircon is provided."
