"The motel was in a great location for our day trip to Flemington races and then after the races was close to numerous pubs which we enjoyed a nice meal and entertainment. The room was a little dated but very clean and well set out. I would return again to this hotel."

"I chose this apartment because it was close to my child's apartment. I booked for 5 nights, but later I felt that the apartment was suitable for my needs, so I renewed it for a total of 10 nights. The apartment is not big, clean and relatively quiet. There is a No. 58 tram downstairs, which goes to the Royal Botanic Gardens and the Zoo (in both directions). There is a chain supermarket with relatively long business hours. There are several restaurants, pharmacies, 7-11, etc. nearby. It is about a 10-minute walk from Queen Victoria Market."

"The service staff is very good. Opposite is the Queen Victoria Market. It is very convenient to buy things. The location is very good. It is very close to the park. The bar is downstairs. You can go downstairs for a drink in your leisure time."

"The hotel is a little far from Melbourne's city center, but not too far from the University of Melbourne, which can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. There are relatively few shops and restaurants nearby. The facilities are relatively simple and the hygiene is good. If you are just traveling, it is better to choose the city center."

"This is a good location and the rooms are spacious with a good layout, however there were a few issues with the room. I took photos of a range of things like a broken bedside table drawer, chewing gum on the bathroom bin, marks on the walls, broken foot pedal on the main bin, brown frozen liquid in the ice cube container in the freezer, stained coffee cups, folded up corner of the rug etc. Also note that parking is available, but not included. The check in instructions will provide you with information on how to access the car park without mentioning the price, but it is not free, there is a daily fee for the car park and the turning space on the ramp to access the bottom level of the car park is quite tight, however there are some parks on the first level which allowed us to avoid the curved ramp. The location is a great spot if you have a car, not far from the free tram zone on the edge of the city, close to Carlton where there are great food options. All of the issues were only small things that didn't ruin our stay, this could be a great place to stay with a bit more attention to detail and customer care. I received no response to my emails showing photos of the issues in the room. They also required photos of my drivers license and both sides of my credit card for after hours check in which I was a bit uncomfortable with. I hope they can address the issues and provide a better customer experience as the location is great and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with a table, lounge area and 2 bedrooms in our room. I'd be happy to stay here again and hopefully the issues have been addressed to make it a great experience."

"Clean,comfortable, specious. Kitchen had everything what you need, everything was provided by the landlord. Washing machine and dryer worked very well. We were happy with this accommodation."

"The room was very good, nothing to say, the boss was very nice, he introduced the local characteristics to us, the most heartwarming thing was that on the last day of check-out, the luggage was left in the room, and you could pick it up whenever you left, just leave the room card at the front desk"
