"This is a great hotel! It has a tennis court and a swimming pool. After work, you can borrow rackets from the front desk to play tennis or go for a swim. All my colleagues who've stayed here recommend it. It's really good!"
"It's a good suite, but the receptionists MUST SAY before giving the key that the Wifi password won't work unless a member of the team comes inside your room and put the password himself. This guy came into our suite WITHOUT asking for permission, took my tablet and handled it without permission too. Was abrupt and kinda uncomfortable! Plus they didn't have a pot in the kitchen another 3 calls ánd time wasted for them to bring it!
The worst is that they promote 1 bed suite with the option of having bathtub or shower but is also NOT true, they only have shower.
The parking lot is full and many reserved spots quite a waste of time as well. 😓😓😓"
"The hotel is in the great location where is surrounded by lot of eateries. The lady in the reception is very friendly. She even helped me to clarify with the manager on the parking fee (from $40 to $16) even though later I realised that I mixed up the rate with other hotels. The room is clean and comfortable."
"My stay at Rydges Parramatta exceeded all expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for the entire visit.
The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Parramatta, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Rydges Parramatta offers convenience without compromising on comfort.
The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy sanctuary after a long day of exploring or meetings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request and were always eager to assist with a friendly smile. Whether it was recommending a local restaurant or arranging transportation, their attention to detail truly made me feel like a valued guest.
The amenities at Rydges Parramatta are top-notch. I enjoyed taking a refreshing dip in the pool and unwinding in the sauna after a busy day."
"I chose a suite with a separate living room. It was equipped with a kitchen and washing machine. It was very close to Parramatta Mall and the river was downstairs. But it was arranged on the second floor, which was really hard to accept. A few meters away from the window was the museum under construction. I was highly myopic and could see the facial features of the workers without wearing glasses. My husband threw a cigarette to the other side and he could catch it. How close is it? I went to the front desk to negotiate and they said there was no room available in the entire hotel. Forget it, I made do with two bowls."
"Room service was very slow and we had to call three times to get new towels. However, it's a pretty good place to stay, and it's a good idea to request a room on the right side to avoid the train noise."
"A most enjoyable 7-night stay. The 1-bedroom apartment was very spacious and well-equipped, and the service from the very friendly staff was excellent. The hotel is also in a top location, just 5 minutes from Parramatta Station and Westfield."
"We booked this apartment as we were going to combank stadium. It was only a 3-4 minute walk away the light rail station is only a few mins away too. Clean bright airy rooms. Beds were comfortable Would definitely stay again"
"I have stayed twice in three months. I have booked this time. I am very satisfied with the double suite. The terrace is very large. The kitchen is fully equipped. It can cook more than six people. The fly in the ointment is another room. The difference is that the air is dripping. No room, bed, room, lobby, suggestion, suites are better than standard double rooms."
"The location is difficult to find, and there is no parking, even at the main entrance. I don't know how to carry the luggage, and the basement parking lot is very small, with only a few cars available, and it requires some technical skills."
