"Stayed here for 2 nights. Reception staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was clean and tidy. The food at G floor was delicious and reasonably priced (had the lunch deal). Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The downsides are that, 1) the hotel is situated on top of a hill and getting there on foot with luggage wasn't great (budget traveller). I definitely would recommend uber-ing there despite its prime location to the city central, especially if you've got heavy or lots of luggage. 2) the walls are relatively thin and in the wee hours of the morning, I heard people running around the hallway and talking loudly which woke me up from my sleep (and I'm not a light sleeper). On another separate occasion, I also overheard a conversation from the next-door occupant, who was speaking loudly over the phone for over an hour. A little annoyed by the noise but otherwise everything else was a good experience!"

"The place was clean, and has most of the things you need. Location was very slightly inconvenient as it is some walking distance from where the shops are. Nevertheless it is still quite ok, especially with the price paid - value for money. Would still consider this hotel for my next visit."

"The hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious and cozy, and the location was fantastic for dining, shopping, and getting around. It was surprisingly quiet with virtually no noise, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. Unfortunately, the price for the second night increased significantly, forcing me to switch hotels. Despite that, I would absolutely consider staying here again!"

"I'll stay here again next time I'm in Brisbane. Facilities: The facilities are very new. Cleanliness: The room is spacious, clean, and tidy, with a huge floor-to-ceiling window and balcony. Environment: The environment is great, very close to the city center, convenient for going anywhere. Service: The service is excellent, and the front desk staff are very welcoming."

"Good location, but facility was pretty average. Could significantly improve on cleanliness as dirt on carpets, floor, corners and elevator was clearly visible. Also could not connect Room TV to wifi hence couldn’t use Kayo and Air Play as I was hoping to watch footy. Food options at hotel bar/restaurant was very limited as well."

"The hotel is within 10-15 minutes walk to the CBD area, and 6 minutes walk to the Woolworths supermarket, which we found very convenient. The car parking cost $25 per night with limited in and out, for close to CBD I think that’s quite a reasonable pricing. We stayed for 5 nights and extended our stay for another 2 nights there after, the only time they did not clean the room is on Sunday cuz we woke up too late and the cleaning service already went home. Other than that they always keep our room very clean, which we really appreciate. I am a big tea drinker and they always refill my tea :) we love the complimentary buffet style breakfast (western style with fruits, yogurt, toast, croissants, muffins, eggs, sausages, and bacon, coffee, tea, cereals) although we always miss it because they open at 7 am on weekends and 6:30 am on weekdays and we have to leave around 6:40 am most of our stay except the last 3 days. However I love their service, the hotel manager, Dilansh is amazing, during my stay the washing machine and dryer were both under maintenance and she were able to point out where I can do my laundry (10 mins walk) and she were able to refund my future stay because I decided to find another place with the laundry service. Everyone very helpful including the restaurant staff who gave me a take away box for us to take the fruit for breakfast even when it wasn’t 7am yet. I am very grateful for that. The TV in the hotel support chrome cast so you can watch anything from your phone in the big screen. They have a small fitness room and laundry room."

"Great spot,near Caxton Street. Ideal for people wanting to be close to Lang Park and all it has to offer as well as Fortitude Valley. The Room had all the requirements for someone that was outvon the town most of the day and night.Clean,secure room with friendly staff at the desk 👌"

It dawned on me, what really sets a hotel above others, & I have concluded . . . genuine hospitality (with a special mention to Brody) whom epitomises genuine hospitality. After a long night of travel arriving late (due to unforeseen circumstances), Brody was so lovely. She felt more like an old friend than staff. She went above & beyond to meet our needs & sets this beautifully designed & artfully styled hotel apart from the others. The hotel offers beautiful all day little snacks such as freshly baked cookies, muffins, shortbread, and much more. ☺️"
