"On the day of check-in, I found that the quilt was stained, I told the front desk to change it, and the reply was only changed once, and once in the next four days. If you want to check out one day earlier, you can't negotiate, and you will not be refunded even if you check out. The bathroom shampoo is not easy to use, and it was not updated in time the day before check out. General experience."

"The front desk staff are very welcoming and the rooms are cleaned very carefully. I accidentally locked the key in the door one night and bothered the staff to open the door for us at night. I am really sorry."

"The location of the hotel is very good, about 10 minutes walk to woowang shopping center, there are coles supermarket, beef shop, fruit shop, pharmacy and so on. 5 minutes walk to the citycst transportation boat station, and a few minutes walk to the bus station. The front desk of the hotel is off at 5 o'clock. Those who check in after 5 o'clock can enter with the password and get the key by themselves. The hotel has a kitchen with full facilities for cooking. Very good hotel."

"Hotel location is not bad, 2.7 km from the University of Queensland, 15 minutes walk there is a large shopping mall and supermarket, we arrived some night, contact the hotel in advance, the hotel room key in the room is placed in the safe at the door, took the key Directly stationed. The whole room was very good, and it looked very hygienic. After we completely relaxed, we saw an extra large cockroach on the wall of the bathroom (about one inch long), frightened the three children, and the husband brave. He shot him to death, but then saw a few more in different places and continued to shoot. The hotel used a bottle of aerosol spray to prepare it, and told the front desk that they gave another bottle. Apart from the rest, the view from the balcony is good and the surroundings are quiet."

"The hotel staff provide excellent service and are friendly. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and despite the station being right behind the hotel, it's reasonably priced for its facilities. However, while the windows appear to be large, as shown in online photos, they are only as large as the windows in the photos, with the other side being a wall. Those who are concerned about the night view may be disappointed."

"I hope AI won't write for me! I found out that the room type I booked last time was different when I checked in this time. Although the bed was bigger, it was closer to the street and the noise was so loud that I almost couldn't sleep all night. The air conditioner was also very noisy but I couldn't turn it off. The restaurant downstairs was delicious. I packed up and went back to the room. I saw salt and pepper packets on the stove. I wanted to add some, but I was shocked when I took them out (see picture) and didn't dare to use them. The shower was very powerful but the shower curtain kept rubbing against me, maybe because the bathtub was very narrow. There was no ashtray on the balcony and the smoking ban was in place, which deserves praise."
