"About 12 mins from the airport and 15 mins from the city center by car. Nearby open space public parks too. Easy access and pretty good amenities around including supermarket. In terms of facility, very clean and good bed. The unit we rent include kitchen and its utensils and detergent etc. Washer and dryer within the units. Good for family trips for a few days. On-site parking is quite expensive ($32/day) just as any other locations in Sydney."

"The overall environment was decent, but the housekeeping seriously needs improvement. The towels looked visibly dirty, and there was a partially used toilet paper roll left in the bathroom, which was quite unhygienic. Old, stubborn stains were also noticeable on the floor. Furthermore, the front desk staff had a poor attitude."

"Exceeded expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to find daily housekeeping services, and the first floor even has a pantry with 24-hour hot water, coffee, and tea, plus pastries in the morning. The bathroom also had great water pressure and excellent shower facilities. The only downside was that the air conditioning didn't have a heating function. Guests who get cold easily can ask the front desk for an electric heater, which worked really well once turned on."

"Room Size: I was given a room on the first floor, and I was initially worried about poor soundproofing or bugs, but luckily, there were none! I slept really well every night, and it was very quiet outside. The room was spacious, with a living room, an outdoor balcony, a kitchen, a dining table, and a study. It offered excellent value for money and is perfect for tourists staying for over ten days. Location: The hotel is very close to Zetland shopping center, just a two to three-minute walk away. East Village has both Coles and an Asian supermarket. It's a bit further to Green Square train station, about a ten to fifteen-minute walk. If you want to take the bus, it's convenient too, with routes 304 (goes to the City) and 392 (goes to UNSW) nearby. The kitchen was well-equipped with basic cooking utensils, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a capsule coffee machine. The only inconvenience was the lack of chopsticks, so I brought some leftover cutlery from my takeout orders. Cleanliness: Regarding cleaning, I had read other reviews before booking, so I was prepared for no daily housekeeping. After checking in, someone did room service about every three days, and the cleaning was quite good (they even thoughtfully left an extra plastic bag for the trash can). They also provided extra bottles of dish soap. I found the trash room on my floor, so whenever I cooked and didn't want the trash sitting in my room overnight, I'd just take it out myself, which was very convenient. Excellent because it is a genuine, informative review. Thumbs up!"

"I felt the attentive service from the moment I walked in - the lady at the front desk had a super sweet smile, and immediately gave us cartoon stickers and children's bracelets when she saw the children. She also thoughtfully upgraded us to a family suite. The tent toys and cartoon bedding in the room made the baby jump with excitement!"

"Nice and clean for this pretty new hotel. The interior decor is cosy and warm. I like the roof pool - a great place to chill out or just relax and contemplate. The pool attendants are very friendly and helpful. Two supermarkets right underneath provide convenient amenities and there are lots of restaurants nearby. I will recommend this hotel thought it is frustrating to learn that significant cost-cut for last-minute bookings!"
