"The shower drain didn't work so it was a nightmare to take shower, not really in the area for alot to do 25 min walk to main square. The hairdryer in the room didn't work so had to ask one from reception.
The free tea and croissant that they said you can take 24/7 was never anything available there.
Overall okay."
"The receptionist was super friendly and had no problem speaking to me in my language, the truth is that I felt super comfortable and with that alone they won me over☺️ I was alone and they gave me a mini room that was amazing, super clean, very well equipped even with a hair dryer, it had a small fan in case it was hot and a TV that looked luxurious from the bed, an ideal size and you could tell it was relatively new! I was super happy. I highly recommend if you travel alone because you will be super comfortable and the treatment from the workers is excellent🥰🥰, also, with the 71 bus it leaves you just 5 minutes from the hotel and then you are only a maximum of 10 minutes away in that same bus from the grand place and the royale!! If you are Spanish, do not hesitate to visit this hotel🤗🤗"
"The hotel is a little distance from the station and the main attractions. When you go to the hotel, there are many uphill sections and some sections are under construction.
The hotel lobby has a different style of seating area, which is spacious and has an elevator to take.
The style of the room is minimal, the environment is clean, and the space is small (a little crowded, unable to flatten two open suitcases); the shower has a shower, the strength is enough, but the drainage is very slow; there is no air conditioning in the room. The window needs to be opened for ventilation, but the sound on the road outside after opening the window is very noisy.
The breakfast style is rich and delicious, and hot water needs to be available at the counter.
The hotel counter staff was kind and friendly, and met a girl who could speak Chinese when checking out."
"That hair dry is older my ages.
It will leak water in the toilet when u are showering in the shower room. Almost flooding all over the toilet when u showered, that is not good design."
"This is a stylish hotel with a full sense of design. The hotel lobby is divided into several areas, where you can chat and use the computer for work. The lobby provides drinking boiled water, which is the most scarce in Europe. Even if guests do not order breakfast during breakfast, they can still drink drinks from their coffee machine. There is a waitress named Tif, who is very friendly and makes people feel at home.
The only pity is that the hotel is a bit far from the old town (if you like to walk). However, it is still very convenient to take public transportation. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the subway station. You will pass by the fashionable shopping street along the way."
"The hotel is not bad in all aspects. Although the location is not in the city center, it is not far from the city center and there is a Luxembourg train station nearby, so it is very convenient to travel. I didn't eat breakfast so I don't know the quality. The room is relatively spacious and comfortable, the only problem is that the water in the shower room is not smooth"
"The hotel is in a great location with excellent service and overall a very pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the price is quite reasonable for what you get. If breakfast were included in the package, it would truly make the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for value and convenience."
"One of the best Ibis properties I have stayed at, location is extremely convenient with the bus stop being just opposite to the hotel. Room was decent sized and clean. I didn’t eat at their restaurant so cannot comment about the food. Definitely recommended for all travellers!"
